5 /5 Darrel Web: I came in cause my finger got in the way of a table saw. Missed the bone and the fingernail but, l got nine stitches and a tentnis shot. This was a well organized crew and everyone who took care of things (4 folks total) knew what they were doing and took care of my finger and me. In and out in a very short amount of time. I hope not to be back in but, if l have to someday, l hope its them

5 /5 Paul Ring: Outstanding care. Immediately diagnosed issue and quickly began treatment. Delay in getting transferred to main hospital. Nevertheless staff provided ongoing compassionate care until moved. This facility is a blessing for our rural community. Highly recommend

5 /5 Mike Howard: I was very happy with the care I received at HCA Gadsden Emergency. Very professional and caring, went in with severe pain in my lower abdomen, they diagnosed me quickly and had to be transferred by ambulance to HCA Tallahassee, I wish I could have taken the nurse from HCA Gadsden with me,she was wonderful. Five stars all around. HCA Tallahassee not so much, Doctors,Surgeon and two nurses were good, I was there seven days, the nursing staff except Susan on the fifth floor was TERRIBLE, cold uncaring, neglecting, rude..... Dont go to Fifth floor of Tallahassee HCA, I just kept praying I wouldnt have to crawl to the hallway for a nurse, because twenty minutes to never is not a good response time. Worst nursing I have ever seen!!!

3 /5 Miron Richardson: Drove from Tallahassee to assist my 76 year old grandmother who was experiencing, what appears to be, severe cold symptoms. Tests were ran almost three hours ago although we were told that one test would take 30 min to receive the results and the other would take approximately one hour. The nurse, after almost 3 hours brings in a mobile kiosk for my grandmother to fill out her consent forms, which I thought should’ve been done well before they performed any tests, but I’m no medical administrative professional so maybe that’s standard protocol. Nonetheless, after another 10 min passed, the doctor finally comes in with results and advises that she go home, get some rest, & take Tylenol, in addition to following up on some other things. But did it have to take 3 hours?????

1 /5 Hannah Hoover: I came here this morning because I have a severe cough. I came yesterday and they gave me steroids. Today, the doctor said the steroids won’t help and it’s just congestion. The nurse was extremely rude and acted like I was dumb when I said I came yesterday. “Yesterday as in…?” Umm… Yesterday, the day before today? And when I mentioned the sheet on the bed was dirty and crusty, she looked at it, made a face, shrugged and said “well, I took it out of the cupboard” and didn’t offer to change it or anything. I left. I don’t like being treated like I’m an idiot.
