5 /5 Cheyanne Kauffman: Was a great visit. Got my father in law rite in. The nurses were very professional and sweet. And his dr was so great. Very friendly made us feel welcome n very comfortable. And did everything to get to the bottom of my dads problem, then called the next day to set up his appointment with his surgeon.

3 /5 Lindsey Holt: The doctor was great. Other than I came with pain at a ten and they didn’t give me any medicine. Didn’t ask for narcotics at all. Nurse, left room and never offered a pillow, blanket, or call light. I laid on that hard stretcher for hours, just like that. I’d suggest to staff to be more compassionate to their patients. I would also suggest it be mandatory that all patients who come in with a cough wear a mask. So gross to sit there with a bunch of coughing sick people who don’t cover their mouths.

5 /5 Sonja Presley: I was checked promptly by the front desk clerk; the Triage Nurse saw me within minutes then I was taken back to a room. The ER Doctor introduced himself, listened to my concerns then ordered the appropriate tests. The CT Scan Tech came and got me quickly; then Radiologist report was ready within 1/2 hour. ER Doctor then explained what I had and gave me a Treatment Plan.

5 /5 Sydney Lee: Just had a really great experience here. I came in the middle of the night and was seen quickly. The medical staff were attentive and kind and did their best to make me comfortable while waiting for results/treatment. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate our healthcare workers, especially those who work to keep us healthy and safe 24/7.

1 /5 Carlos Parra Barrueta: On my part, the clinic was terrible. It took 4 hours for someone to attend to me. When I managed to get in, no one would attend to me. Suddenly, the ambulance driver appeared, telling me I could leave if I wanted. I had already stopped to leave once before and the guy at the reception told me to wait and this man appeared. I was speechless. Whoever gives orders, the nurses. I have no complaints, but I never saw the supposed doctor. I dont understand how he can give a diagnosis without examining a patient. I was crazy, but I dont recommend him to anyone. The doctor works wonderfully without seeing the patients. How nice.

Ascension Sacred Heart Emergency Care and Trauma Center - Bay - Panama City Malcolm Jester: I was there on March 12, all the staff were absolutely amazing! From the triage nurses to my personal nurse and the doctors, as well as all the staff that did my scans after my motorcycle accident. All of the people working in this facility care so much for the people coming in! This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any ER, And although I do, hope it is my last Visit, if I ever have to go to an emergency room again, I will come back to Bay. No questions asked!

Gulf Coast Regional Medical Care – Panama City - Panama City Robert Carroll: We greatly appreciate the care my elderly mother-in-law received when visiting recently. Heidi Barr was extremely knowledgeable regarding her geriatric needs and was very thorough in her care. The nurse was caring and treated her with dignity and the staff was so helpful in getting her inside and making her feel comfortable. We were there at the end of the day when we knew they were ready to go home but they went above and beyond for us, we got the answers we needed, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend Seawind, as always.

Nations Best Family Health Care - Panama City Heather Wright: Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

Ascension Sacred Heart Emergency Care - Panama City Beach - Panama City Beach Sarah Emery: I cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Shannon, who took care of my two-year-old in the ER. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and professionalism immediately put both of us at ease. She was so gentle and patient with my little one, making sure to explain everything in a way that was calming and understandable, even when my child was scared and upset. Nurse Shannon’s compassion shone through in every interaction, whether she was explaining the process of the exam or simply offering a reassuring smile. She made an otherwise stressful experience feel much more manageable and showed incredible skill in handling my child’s needs with both expertise and empathy. I truly felt that my child was in the best hands, and I am so thankful for her care. She is an outstanding nurse, who was dedication to providing exceptional care in such a compassionate way. Thank you, Nurse Shannon, for making a challenging day so much easier for us!

Gulf Coast Medical Center - Panama City Karen Knox: They are completely incompetent and inept. They do NOT take medical history into consideration when prescribing meds and treatment. They will cause permanent damage and/or death. When you confront them or call them out for their negligence, they meet you with gaslighting. I cannot stress this enough. Get out of bay county if you actually want to survive. For sure do NOT trust them if you have chronic illness and are on an emergency.

She has consistently displayed a bright and cheer full attitude toward me, who may not have deserved that level of professional . HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital Emergency Room - Panama City Jessica G: Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.

Pronto Medical Care - Panama City Heather Jeter: Today was my first visit. I had came in yesterday hoping to be a walk-in however I came during their lunch break. The lady at the desk was very kind and set me up with an appointment for today, because I had to go back to work. When I came in for my appointment today, I had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and so was Carlos Fernandez. Everyone was kind and respectful and I felt I was taken very good care of. My primary provider has recently passed away and so I was looking for a new doctor. I have switched to Pronto Care and I am looking forward to a good experience based off of how well everything went today. As a side note, the lobby is absolutely beautiful and has such wonderful woodwork in it and was all decorated for Christmas. The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I really felt like the staff was very caring.

UHA Medical Center - Panama City Amanda Crenshaw: Absolutely love Jennifer and all she does. She’s down to earth and very knowledgeable. Great primary care/botox/weight loss/hormone therapy center.

Jigish Patel M.D. - Panama City Dee Cassidy: Dr Patel, and Drs Welsh and their staff are wonderful. They have never refused to see my husband and me. They take care of all records of us so they know what is going on with our health at all times. We are in our seventies and need a doctor that we can rely on. They have a nurse named Missy that we are especially fond of. She knows her job!! We give them A+++ !! I would recommend them to everyone we know. We don’t live in Bay County anymore but we still travel to Panama City when we need to see a doctor.
