5 /5 Heather Wright: Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

If you havent tried to do that here in Panama City, its really difficult to find someone taking on new patients. The beautiful people at Nations Best have been most accommodating and welcoming. Jessie, Danielle, Yari and my new practitioner Solomon Wolfe . Very helpful with your medical needs and a joy to visit. Thanks everyone.

It took me 4 years to find a primary care doctor to stick with, and now that I have, I won’t be changing again. I have recommended friends and family to Nations best, and have nothing but good things to say. If you’re looking for staff, doctors, and nurses that genuinely care, please give them a chance.

Jenna took the time to get the necessary information instead of telling him to go back to his employer to get it. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Jessica G: Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.

Heather Jeter: Today was my first visit. I had came in yesterday hoping to be a walk-in however I came during their lunch break. The lady at the desk was very kind and set me up with an appointment for today, because I had to go back to work. When I came in for my appointment today, I had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and so was Carlos Fernandez. Everyone was kind and respectful and I felt I was taken very good care of. My primary provider has recently passed away and so I was looking for a new doctor. I have switched to Pronto Care and I am looking forward to a good experience based off of how well everything went today. As a side note, the lobby is absolutely beautiful and has such wonderful woodwork in it and was all decorated for Christmas. The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I really felt like the staff was very caring.

Dee Cassidy: Dr Patel, and Drs Welsh and their staff are wonderful. They have never refused to see my husband and me. They take care of all records of us so they know what is going on with our health at all times. We are in our seventies and need a doctor that we can rely on. They have a nurse named Missy that we are especially fond of. She knows her job!! We give them A+++ !! I would recommend them to everyone we know. We don’t live in Bay County anymore but we still travel to Panama City when we need to see a doctor.

Greta Lanier: I had to have my blood drawn and I hate it with a passion. It is always a painful and stressful experience. However, the lab at PanCare was actually a soothing and pleasant experience. Sam, who drew my blood was so kind and comforting. I hardly felt a thing and it was over before I knew it. Sam was also the person who checked in all the patients and she did it all with a smile and made it seem effortless. She deserves a huge raise! Thank you!

Most of all, he never rushes through his time with you and always has much compassion for his patients. Very knowledgeable doctor, so his assessment and opinion are always can be relied upon, giving the opportunity to his patients that they are receiving the best care possible. His staff is equally as competent, friendly, kind, and professional. I never leave his office without all of my questions and concerns answered and managed.
