5 /5 DeeNYce 228: I had my total knee replacement surgery there and from the very beginning, everyone was very professional and helpful. The day of my surgery, i never once not knew what was going on and what would happen next. I have problem veins and when I told them about my veins, my concerns were met with a level of experience that I truly appreciated. The IV insertion was not painful at all! And that eliminated any anxiety that I might have been feeling that morning. The communication between myself and the nurses, the anesthesiologist and the doctors left me feeling very relaxed and comfortable. They gave my son, who came in town for my procedure, a sense of relief he needed. And to the pt specialist, the ot specialist, and nurses and staff after my surgery, I want to say thank you for making my stay there extremely comfortable.

5 /5 Cookie Morales: HCA is a wonderful hospital. The ER another September then 5 minutes ... The staff a wonderful. From the doctors to the nurses. And even the workers that are doing other things. I give them a 10. They always made me feel like they care that theyre going to take good care of me and always check on me. And its important for me to feel like Im safe and that they care. And they do that very well thank you so much for caring for making us feel safe it means a lot to me and Im sure to let all this. Thank you again so much great hospital.

5 /5 Lori Patrick: Overall my experience at HCA was great. Dr. Eric Duffy was phenomenal. He took the time to explain every stage of my surgery and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would also like to give a shout out to Lise, Patient Care Technician, She was so wonderful to me! She bought me sandwiches, etc. when the kitchen was not available. She always checked in with me to see if there was anything I needed with my meds, housekeeping, etc. She was a very caring, thorough, wonderful person. I cannot say enough kind words about her.

5 /5 Leo: While I am extremely grateful that the technology for mammography exists- lets face it, it is very uncomfortable. BUT NOT TODAY! Best experience ever. Love Becky- this place deserves more that 5 stars- but that is as high as it goes. And the office appointment set-up and previous record retrieval and other paperwork was easy peasy thanks to Taylor. Great team- great experience.
