5 /5 Jack Gilliland: The office personnel are friendly and courteous. They have always been able to work me in the same day to see one of the physicians. Dr. Dunn is great. He is willing to do whatever possible to help. Dr. Dunn was highly recommended and, after several visits, I can certainly understand why.

They are all Pleasant and helpful and Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Its also very easy to get an appointment either up by the phone or online and if its urgent, they can generally get you in the same day.

Dr. Dunn listens and explains his recommendation for what Ive found to be relevant to my needs. 2020 Update: Made the transition to Medicare with the condition Dr. Dunn continues as my Primary, with the support of the West Florida Medical Group, West Pensacola. The care given here only gets better with time. Very spacious and comfortable waiting room with very short wait time and a professional staff ease me in and back out with every reasonable accommodation performed including attention to detail. Beyond this, however is the Primary Care I get. Same day appointment are often possible when needed with sound procedure, which is the whole point. I dont take any of this for granted. Because Im here, Im not in need.
