Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and Clyde Blaylock, APRN, went above and beyond to ensure we received the best care possible. It’s rare to find a provider who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on—highly recommend!

When we got there the front desk, Gloria was super nice and helped my 85 year old mother do all her check in paperwork. Everyone was very nice and professional. The PA Tim was very kind and took care of what we needed. We were in and out of there in 45 mins. Awesome!

5 /5 Jasmine R: Dr. Timothy is remarkable! He was so compassionate with my Mom and the quality of care provided by him and the explanations were detailed. Staff is just as amazing and kind. Unfortunately many urgent care facilities dont have an X-ray department but Im truly grateful this location has it! Something to consider if your loved ones need this additional service.

Which I must admit made me feel better. The entire staff was friendly (Robin & Kelly), even though they had had a very busy day. My wait was very short and easy. I have been here before and if needed will return and recommend to others. Thank you

Theodore Schuck, DO - Palm Bay Kevin Dillenbeck: Theodore Schuck, DO is a very professional and knowledgeable physician. He is considerate and I appreciate the time he was taking with me answering any of my concerns.

Dr. Mark C. Dillon, MD - Palm Bay Steffannia Cleary: We are not the type of people to do reviews, but in this case is very necessary. My husband was a patient of Mark Dillon and the doctor decided to discharged him without a proper notice, saying deterioring of relationship?? Just because my husband ask him for a work letter to take to his employer!!! This doctor did not contact us to let us know, he just did an online portal letter and nothing was sent in person or at least a phone call. I found out about the letter when we call to confirm his appointment on April 1st. The letter states I will give you care till April 7th, but the office canceled my husband appointment on April 1st without reason and saying we dont have anything till April 27th. So this was not either a 30 days notice, was really 7 days because we was never advised of the letter before. He didnt want to read my husband test result and left him without any other doctor referral, medicine or answer to his blood work and ultrasounds results, and when you called the front office they are rude and dont give you any answers about this situation. My husband is in critical pain, swelling in his stomach, and not medicine, and we cant find anyone till August. This is not legal or ethical per the Florida Board of Medicine. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!

Florida Pediatric Group - Palm Bay Nat M: Just left Silver palm location; been going a year and we love it! They take our insurance and we’ve never had an issue with scheduling. The front desk girls are so nice and professional and the pediatrician is amazing! You can tell they actually enjoy what they do❤️❤️❤️5/5

Peterson, MD - Mike Thibedeau: Doctor Peterson somehow was able to say that I had a pulled muscle in my low back twice over the course of 8 months Then I went and saw another doctor Said I cant tell you whats wrong with you without an MRI peterson had to be doing low low back exercises with a ruptured desk 3 back surges later Im not the same at all

Bayside Lakes Family Care - Palm Bay Single Mom: I had a pleasant visit at this office. The doctor was super thorough and covered all bases. I felt like his expertise really shined through in the exam. He was honest with me about my health, while maintaining great bedside manner and professionalism. Front desk was great and they’ve been super accommodating with my schedule and having to reschedule last minute. 10/10 will recommend this doctor/office to anyone.

Palm Bay Hospital - Trevor young: I am amazed at the treatment my grandpa is getting!! The attention he is receiving is incredible. I havent seen hospital staff this kind EVER! I felt like we were in a five star resort. Nice job Palm Bay hospital!!!

Health First Medical Group - Melbourne Carlos Puig: Avoid this place!! I have been waiting for my appointment with Alejandra Guevara Mendez (Urologist) for over a month and half and finally received some forms several days ago to speed the process checking in and charge ahead to my credit card to speed check in. With under 24 hours until my appointment, Carrie, from the office, called me to tell me than they needed to reschedule my appointment.. When I ask her, well can you get me there like now or today so Doctor Alejandra goes do whatever she need to do she replied no. The reschedule day was nearly 2 weeks later. When I asked why the change was necessary this late, Carrie said to me, verbatim: "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS" when I replied "WTF" Carrie said to me she is going to hang the phone because I am swearing and being rude and my reply to her was "ME"? ? "None of your business" is pretty much the rudest reply possible. Making the long history short; -Health First: your staff can benefit from some education training on customer service. There are plenty of places I can go. Alejandra Guevara Mendez: You should not cancel an appointment with in a day. You may get me in the day before or try to accommodate me a time not another 9 days after waiting almost 2 months because you didnt know you have some training. If the situation was reversed and I cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, I would be charged. IN FACT, I was already charged. I hope the call was recorded and will be reviewed to verify my account. 09/24/24 10:20am to 10:25am approximately.

George Christophi, MD, PhD - Palm Bay Sanrio Kitty: Just like other reviews mentioned. The doctor seems super rushed. We was waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours and he came in talked a bit and was done in less than 5 minutes LITERALLY! Didnt even get the point across to him at all. Needles to say we was waiting there for the doctor while the doctor was somewhere else and NOBODY told us anything we was just waiting in the room tirelessly. Highly upset about that.
