Will Rankin I had to have somewhat of an urgent procedure done and my dad had recommended Palm Coast Dental Care. When I contacted them, they were able to get me in the next morning. Not only that, but on the morning of my appointment they called and stated they were ahead of schedule if I wanted to come in early. I requested Dr. Murphy and she was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were incredibly friendly. Amy did my cleaning after my procedure and she was great as well. They have a beautiful and clean office (front and back). They called the day after to make sure I was doing ok. What great service!! I had a great experience and highly recommend……

David Karner First off, the front desk and reception area is clean, neat and modern. The reception team was quick and friendly and the wait for my appointment was short. The x-ray machines are automated and ultra-fast. The use of a 3D scan of my teeth was amazing and provided a rotatable image, and the use of AI to highlight problem areas that needed addressing is impressive. Secondly, beyond technology, my dental hygienist displayed enthusiasm, experience and a gentle manner that is impressive and I’ll be asking for her again. Finally, Dr. Murphy is knowledgeable, and gave me a clear understanding of my current status and gave me a plan of care that I believe is going to improve my overall dental health. My all-around experience with Palm Coast Dental was impressive and I’m so glad I found them!

Celia Burleigh Room for Improvement: I recently visited this dental practice and appreciated the friendly staff—especially the dental tech. She was friendly, professional and thorough. However, there are areas for improvement. The candy bars in the waiting room contradict a focus on dental health; healthier snacks would be better. I also noticed cleanliness issues, and hiring new cleaning staff or increasing cleaning frequency would help. While the staff was friendly, some interactions felt robotic. More authentic communication would enhance the experience. Since I only had x-rays, I can’t comment on the dental care, but I won’t be returning for these reasons. I will be going to a privately owned practices for a more personalized experience. By addressing these issues, the practice could improve significantly.

Lauren Gione I have never had a better experience at the dentist!! They were all wonderful for Start to finish front staff was kind. My dental hygienist Laura was AMAZING , kind educated and calmed my dental anxiety ! Explained every single part of my experience and that helped so much! Dr Gibbs was so awesome as well! She respected and treated her staff amazing! She was also very thorough and took her time explaining everything ! I will be recommending everyone I know who is need of a dentist to this practice! Also very very clean which is a big pro for me!

Rita In Florida Smiles is amazing. From the always warm and friendly staff to the doctor who was patient, empathetic and so knowledgeable. The work she and her team did on me exceeded my expectations. I had just about given up all hope on ever having a nice smile again, but this place changed all of that for me.

John Coppola Came in for a basic cleaning. Was told I need 5 caps and a deep cleaning. $13,000+. Wanted just a basic cleaning. Told I couldn’t do just that. I go to a dentist regularly with no issues. Amazing I walk in here, and get quoted very extensive and expensive work needed. I have no pain and have been checked out regularly. Great receptionist good dentist but they are trained on the hard sell.

Ebony Emily was amazing. Even though she handles the financials, she checked on me twice during my 5 hour dental appointment. She was super fun, funny, and knowledgeable and helped me get the best pricing. Savannah was great as well. She did the most thorough X-rays I’ve probably ever had. She was helpful and very professional. Dr. Wright and Savannah worked well together. They both made sure I was as comfortable as possible during an uncomfortable time. I appreciate the whole team.

Annmarie Bracken I have been to a few dentists to try and find the right dentist and affordability and none compared to Aspen. Aspen was amazing. They really took the time and care to direct me on the dental care I need and really worked to get me quick and affordable work. I will never go to another dentist. K Ru Dentists at this office seem to be qualified enough. It also accepts insurances which are not accepted elsewhere. Those are the reasons to still consider this office despite: -dramatically unfriendly lower personnel -NEVER reachable by phone: always voicemail -questionable qualification of techs under Dentist: in addition to personal impression once had to see another dentist a week after cleaning at THIS office; was recommended dental cleaning and the dentist could not believe any professional worked here before -options to self pay and their own plans are frequently ridiculously expensive. Still usable sometimes but PAY ATTENTION!!! All in all you get the right impression the moment you walk in: trust your instincts. What you see at the front desk will not get any better...

Denise Rose Where do I start? My 1st day I was met by one of the most rude, I dont care about this job or its pts person ever. She sits on the right side of the front desk. Her response to me was extremely rude, and I clearly let her know that she had the right one that day. I told the hygienist about my rude experience and she knew exactly who it was. Obviously, there has been prior complaints but for some reason shes still there. Never a smile, no eye contact, just miserable. During my cleaning process, I could see people walking back and forth in and out of my room due to how its set up. You need to go through one room to get to the next, UNEXCEPTABLE!!! I advised them that I was not comfortable with patients walking in and out of my room during treatment. They assured me that my future appointments would be in an office at the end, which they have adhered to. I received a call the day of my next appointment, which I didnt even recall because no reminder call was made prior. The person lied when asked why no call was made. They said "Oh yes, we called you." Lies!!! If you called, why no message left? The evil step sister at the front desk confirmed that no calls are made because shes the only one in that department. I rescheduled for the next day since I could not keep my appt the day before due to no notice. I dont even know why she was calling in the 1st place because it was an hour prior to the appointment time, we never got that far. Once I arrived, I was greeted by our lovely receptionist. I was called by a short blonde woman who appeared to be pleasant until we reached the room. Her 1st question to me was "Do you work?" Which I thought was strange but ok, Ill play along. I responded yes, I do work. Next question was "Where do you work?" Ok, not sure where this going at this point but I advised her of the place. 3rd and final question was "What do you do?" I guess she didnt believe I had a job, although I just left my job and was dressed quite appropriately. After I told her what I did, she said "You must have been busy today". HUH??? After the questionnaire, I sat in the chair but began to feel very uncomfortable. My gut and spirit did not align well and I should have left. Less than 5 minutes into my cleaning, she began to floss my teeth. I asked her if she was done already? She said "Oh no". So I continued with hesitation feeling as if something is not right. The rest of the cleaning went on for another 5 minutes and she handed me a cup and told me to rinse. Ive had my teeth cleaned for years and have never had my teeth flossed during the clean or last less than 45 mins, to an hour. I asked her name because I knew I was going to write a review. I believe her name was Dianah, Diane, or Anna. She had nothing to say at all during or after the cleaning. I said goodbye and she didnt even turn around. Unfortunately, the dentist that I saw on my 1st day was amazing and extremely attentive. He actually stopped what he was doing to greet me because I had been waiting for a very long time. Its too bad that he is surrounded by an incompetent staff. I would not suggest this place to anyone else. Maybe their other locations offer better service but their Palm Coast location SUCKS!!! Go someplace else.

VIII ! I recently visited this location and I received an amazing Deep cleaning from the dental hygienist Coraline! She was very professional and knowledgeable. I wasn’t in pain after and my teeth are cleaner than ever. I’ll be back next week for another deep cleaning from Coraline.

I really appreciated how she explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Jan I love Dr. Jacobs. This is my second year as a patient at his practice. He is so meticulous about the work that he does. He explains the reasoning behind his decisions and he gives you enough knowledge, guidance and autonomy to make informed decisions about how you want him to proceed. I appreciate that. I also like that he is the only dentist in the practice, so he is familiar with me as a patient and I have come to know his style and what to expect. The assistants and front staff are kind and accommodating. I feel heard when I approach them with concerns.

FRANKIE JONES Today was my first visit to Boulder Rock Dental.The office staff was friendly, efficient, af professional. My wait time was reasonably short before getting in the chair. The Dental Assistant impressed me that she was experienced in her assigned duties and executed them well. Doctor Flynn was professional, but smiled easily and had a friendly disposition. He answered a couple of questions I had, and gave me an assessment of my teeth and future dental needs.The visit overall was very satisfactory.

They work well as a team too; from Cass at the front desk, Angela the dental hygienist to Dr. Estrada, the dentist. Angela is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is amazing, explained everything she was doing, very gentle and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond helping me with my medical needs.

Austin I had to get a very substantial amount of work done to my teeth. This office has always made me feel very comfortable despite my anxiety issues and I now have confidence in my teeth after a very long time. Rusty Garland I expected to see an Actual dentist but I guess that’s not how it works these days, I did see one over teleconference. Very informative concerning my oral exam & oral cancer screening, They were up front with my part of the cost after Insurance (which again) they were on top of. The overall experience was good and I will be going back to see Dr Jen & these Ladies for a deep clean very soon in prep for a bit of dental work.

Valrie Chambers Short answer, Be prepared for surprises. When I book this exam & cleaning appointment, i go through a call center And theyre not very knowledgeable about What i should be booking and what it would cost. I tried to book an appointment initially.But what we booked was 364 days since the last appointment with my previous dentist.And the call center really couldnt tell me whether insurance would normally cover it or whether insurance would walk because it was one day less than a full year. We ended up booking three hundred and sixty six days out but then the x rays that I had from the previous dentist were one day too late to be Used a new x race had to be taken. At the appointment when I first filled out the paperwork, I got an estimate of charges which was $69 for an oral cancer screening and everything else exams.X rays et cetera were covered by insurance. The cleaning was not covered in this estimate at all, and Ended up being over three hundred dollars for my portion after insurance. It would be Super helpful if the upfront charges would include a cleaning amount or alternatively disclose up front why they cant estimate and/or give a range of the out of pocket expenses. When I suggested that this be disclosed up front or at leat noted that it was omitted from the up front estimate of other charges, both the office manager and hygienist argued with me. One said they couldnt know the amount ( then disclose that its omitted, give a range of possible) and the other interrupted me multiple times before I could finish the single sentence recommending disclosing the omission. Doctors visit is through teleconference only, which was not disclosed until I was in the xray room. Dr seemed to do a good job though. At first office I was seen in had cracked upholstery with stuffing coming through on dental chair and broken equipment So part way through the appointment i was moved to another cubicle. Note that these are all cubicles and not offices So theres very little privacy there. I guess with hiipa laws I expected more privacy. Dental hygienist was generous with the numbing Agents and worked swiftly and reasonably comfortably on cleaning and dental work. Overall no damage was done and Progress was made.However this could have been a much more client friendly experience.

Kobi Kane Svetlana always makes my teeth feel brand new after a cleaning. I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 2 years and it has been a great experience every time. Stacey makes sure to call in advance of your appointment time to make sure you’re all set. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in the lobby too long before my service begin which is a huge difference between this office and other offices I’ve attended. 10/10 would recommend.

Bertina The front desk staff are always very friendly and do their best to give someone a great experience. I appreciate their efforts to make accomodations for me. The hours of operation works with people of various work schedules. The hygeiniests do an exellent job, as well as the dentist. The atmosphere is welcoming. It is not always pleasant to go the dentist in general, but the staff makes it their priority to make their patients comfortable. There are affordable options for services at this location. Looking forward to my next visit.

They know each child by name. There is always someone available to walk my son out to me and explain the service. They did an outstanding job with his teeth. He went from having sharks teeth to a perfect bite!

Renee Simms Dr B is amazing! He took extra time to evaluate and discuss a plan with us. He was our 3rd orthodontist we consulted and by far the lost impressive! Dr Johnson is great as well when we see him. We love all of the staff! They are also huge supporters of youth in the community but I have never seen them comment or advertise it. But I know they have supported schools, clubs, and programs!

Jacqueline Our daughter has been a patient of Dr. Andrew’s for a couple years. Dr. Andrews has been fantastic with every visit. Our daughter was very young and was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The entire office is extremely helpful and courteous. We even had to make an urgent appointment after an injury and they were able to get her in quickly to make sure no further damage was an issue. I will be bringing my other children here and happy to refer the practice to anyone I encounter with Ortho needs!
