Unfortunately I am also a Medicaid patient and as stated prior, since this office knows they are the ONLY one that takes the insurance they think they can treat you as rude as they can. DO NOT dare let your phone ring while there!! My first appointment there, I was rudely told to turn my phone on silent and not to use it. Fine if thats your policy but dont be nasty when its a new patient and your sign is above everyones head so theyre unaware.
Now, as far as my teeth. I have dentures unfortunately. I broke my top denture and needed a new one made. I went into my appointment excited that it would be fixed. As expected, they did a mold of my bite to have the new denture made. After a few weeks, I got my denture. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I didnt even look like I had anything in my mouth. Also, you could see right through the material they are made of because they were so thin. I am currently still wearing my original BROKEN denture because the new one was so poorly made.
I emailed them to let them know I wasnt happy and got no response. In my email I asked if theyre even was a reason for me to come in for my appointment due to the situation. No reply until I asked for one. No solution given. I declined to return after that and reported the situation to the insurance company. Now, I have been dropped as a patient. But Im not upset that I was dropped because why would I return??
If you decide to use Mark Johnson, be prepared for his staff to be rude and unprofessional. Poor quality work and no care when your unhappy with the work they did. I wish I could give 0 stars.
