He was extremely accommodating to my schedule, and I really appreciated the effort to make things right.
This time, I had the pleasure of seeing Ruby, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She took her time, made sure to understand what I wanted, and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire appointment. My hair felt so healthy and looked flawless.
I really appreciate the salon’s dedication to customer satisfaction, and I’ll definitely be returning—Ill be booking with Ruby from now on!

2/14/2025: I was really excited to try this salon and support a more local spot in Brickell, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I came in for a basic trim and layers, but the consultation felt rushed—just a few seconds of discussion before being taken to the wash bowl. The stylist barely spoke to me throughout, and minimal product was used on my hair, which left my blowout lacking hold.
The salon wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it felt a bit unkempt, likely from the end-of-day rush. After washing my hair at home, I noticed how blunt the cut is—despite requesting layers, I was left with a straight-across cut on both my ends and curtain bangs, with no movement. Unfortunately, I’ll need to have it fixed elsewhere.
