1 /5 Shakira Diaz: I’m relieved I didn’t take my child here. I called to ask if they accepted my daughter’s insurance. The front desk receptionist asked if I knew what type of dental coverage she had. I explained that I wasn’t aware there were different types and wasn’t sure. Instead of offering any guidance, she rudely responded, “Well, I’m not going to call for you; you’ll have to figure that out yourself.”
Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. I ended the call feeling frustrated and disrespected. If you’re working in customer service, patience and professionalism should be a given. This experience was disappointing and left a bad impression. I don’t recommend based on this experience.
