5 /5 maria tears: I have been a patient of Dr Beresford for 12 years. I have been so pleased with care I have received from Dr Beresford. I dread dental work, but she has made it easier, with her professionalism, competence and the pleasant manner she has interacting with her patients. She called back promptly, the time I was having an emergency during the pandemic. She is very thorough and transparent in explaining the treatment plan and doesn’t try to fleece you with services that aren’t necessary. My children have been going to her for as long as I have; since they were 9 and 12 and are also very happy that she is their dentist.
Additionally, everyone in the office shares her work ethic. Grace the hygienist has been there from the time I started with practice and is an excellent hygienist. Dexter manages the office from the billing to setting the appointments. He is so pleasant to interact with. Any time I need more than a cleaning, he preemptively sends me a detailed break down of what the cost will be. No hidden charges when it’s time to check out.
The other thing I love about the office is that there are no other associate dentists. It is comforting to know that I will be seeing Dr Beresford, who knows my intricacies regarding my fear of dental work and not some random dentist.
