Amanda Maffucci WOW!!! From start to finish, this was the most AMAZING pediatric dental experience I’ve ever had! We’ve gone to a larger competitor for years and have never been treated this kind. We brought our 10 year old in for a routine check up (cleaning, fluoride, X-ray, and exam) and only paid $99. (Self pay) This includes both exams for the year! Everyone was so happy, friendly, personable, and welcoming! The office is clean, inviting, and efficient! Brenda Goudeau I would highly recommend Dr Douglas and the Apex team. She made time for me in an urgent situation. She was able to assess what needed to be done. She had me wait until some inflammation had subsided (to keep the necessary pain to a minimum) and then she did a great job on my root canal. Great staff. Prepared me each step for what was coming next. If you need an Endodontist, she is the BEST.

L L I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Fabiola Douglas and her team at Apex Endodontic Studio when I was in serious need of an emergency root canal while in town. From the moment I contacted the office, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The office staff and receptionists were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and warm, which immediately put me at ease during a stressful time. (I usually hate going to any kind of dentist.) Dr. Douglas and her assistant went above and beyond to accommodate me, getting me in writhing hours of when I first reached out to them. They not only fully assessed my situation, double checking everything, but also performed the root canal procedure with great care and precision. I had been anxious about the pain, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and virtually painless the entire experience was. Dr. Douglas clearly has a gentle touch and an impressive mastery of her craft. While you don’t ever hope to have a root canal, if you need one, this is the place!! I cant thank Dr. Douglas and her team enough for their exceptional service and care. They turned what could have been a very uncomfortable situation into a positive one. If youre looking for a highly skilled endodontist who genuinely cares about her patients, I highly recommend Apex Endodontic Studio. This is a top-notch office with a fantastic team!!

I went in today for a consultation the price was already a lot higher than my copay, however it’s a specialty dental office, they also use some equipment that is not covered by my insurance. The receptionists were so kind to breakdown my estimate prior to seeing the doctor and after what the doctor recommended would be the best treatment for me, yea I had to pay a bit more out of pocket because they still had not put in a claim to my insurance but once that’s done they would let me know if there is a difference from my end or not. Regardless everyone was kind, compassionate attentive and willing to work with me and my schedule to help me with the root canal I needed done. The process itself was faster than I had anticipated, the doctor walked me through the entire process what they were doing and why. 100% would recommend this place and now I have an appt with my primary dentist to have my crown placed. Thank you again.

The initial appointment was fantastic! The receptionist, was so friendly and helpful and the office has a very welcoming vibe. Laura, my dental tech and the dentist, Dr Santos were both friendly and very professional. I left with an estimate of services and two appointments to complete the work on the next two weeks. Gotta love it!

Dee Pierson Howard Vanessa is an excellent dental hygienist. She made she I was comfortable and let me know each step of the process as she was taking care of me. The receptionist is very helpful and welcoming. Also explained my bill and payment process very well. The dentist spent very little time with me so I really do not have much to save about her. Maybe upon my next visit I will be able to give a more informed opinion.

Marta Suarez My advice: always follow your gut feeling. I had a deeply disappointing and misleading experience at this dental office. I went in for a long-overdue annual checkup and was told I needed a deep cleaning (which I expected). However, I was also told I had an infection in my gums despite emphasizing I had no symptoms like bleeding, bad breath, or swelling and was told I needed local antibiotics (14 vials at $48 each). On top of that, they claimed I had four cavities and quoted me $1,500 for the treatment. To make matters worse, they did an Invisalign evaluation on me, which I did not request and had no reason to consider. The whole visit felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine consultation. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion. The other dentist confirmed I needed a deep cleaning—but said there were no signs of infections or cavities. The deep cleaning cost $190. Its so disheartening to see some professionals prioritize profit over patient care. I will never return to this office, nor recommend it and I strongly urge others to be cautious. I wish I could give it zero stars. Beware of dentists who are more focused on becoming richer than your wellbeing.

I was in excruciating pain and needed immediate attention, and they fit me into their schedule right away. From the moment I walked in (30 mins before closing). the staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding and professional. Will recommend!

J- Others have said it… but kind of scammy. I had a crown come off. It’s a crown that came off 6 months ago. The price to repair it at a normal dentist, walk in, with no appointment was $30. Here they started with “we don’t accept insurance”. That’s fine… But they continued, “The initial consultation is $139 and then they’ll determine any other charges needed. What’s the problem?” I said, “I just need glue. This came off (showed the crown), and I simply need it glued back on.” She said, “Oh. I think that starts at $300.” So, the base for $.60 worth of glue and 5 minutes effort is $440. Base… I’m sure they’d find a way to con more into it than that with X-rays, preparation, etc. I was walking into a $1,000 morning. So be warned. They exist off of trying to take advantage of people who are in emergency scenarios where they’re more likely to agree to absurd costs for treatment.

Angie They dont take insurance which i guess is fine as long as I can send the receipt to my insurance. But just be warned that they make you pay after the service** My review is about my experience however.. my child and I went there for a broken tooth(my daughters tooth) , that was the reason on how the visit was booked. Check in was quick and staff was nice, but then we were placed in a room that had blood on the pillow... it was clearly blood. So I mentioned it to one of the staff who relocated us to another room. 3 separate staff members came in to tell us the same thing "the provider will be right in" lol 1.5 hours past before I decided to go check with the staff because no one had come in to see us. The lights in the building were all off lol I did manage to get the attention of someone sitting in the front lobby who i asked when we would be seen. He explained that the tech was on call and she was paged over 40 mins ago but was stuck in traffic. Which is fine, but my question is why they didnt prepare the tech to be on-site when the appt was booked with a CC of broken tooth? If you knew the appt would need xrays why didnt the tech get paged during check in? Or told to come in for that appt? Almost at the 2 hr mark I decided to leave as we were still not serviced. Everyone was nice, but this was poorly planned and apparently not cleaned.

Dawn Spencer Greenberg Dental on W Irlo Bronson Memorial is amazing. I went in when they opened at 7:00am explaining all my tooth problems and current emergency. Mary at the front desk is wonderful getting me in immediately. The cost of all my procedures is way out of my or anyone elses budget. She told me about the discount account they offered. I got discounted prices on everything and an credit limit to help thru it all. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during a root canal! Everyone is great there but Mary went above and beyond for me and my situation. I recommend all Greenberg Dental locations. My children are patients of an Orlando office. This is my 4th location and my loyalty holds strong. Thanks Greenberg Dental!

Family Rodriguez I had been a patient here for some time. I moved away from the area but I still would make the drive to go here because I liked the dentist, the dental assistants, and hygienists. They all did a great job when I would go. However, I recently had pain in my gum area near a tooth and I called for an appointment. I was very disappointed when I was told that they couldn’t see me because they no longer accepted my insurance. I asked when did this change occur, I was told 2 weeks ago. I would think that being a patient here and having then even create a dental plan to be followed up, I would have received some type of notification letting me know they no longer accepted my insurance. The professional and courteous thing to do would’ve been to notify patients by email, mail, or a text message. Yet, they did none of these. Instead they said “sorry we can’t see you” and it was during the end of the year (holidays) which made it harder to find a dentist and change it with my insurance. Thankfully, I found a dentist who would see me. I’m done with this office and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If that’s how they treat established patients don’t expect better treatment as a new one.

Millie B Ive never had to wait long. If necessary, they offer you a payment plan (card). Dr. Figueroa is excellent, very thorough, answers any questions I may have. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend Hallmark Dental to anyone.

S I had a very bad experience with this place. First of all they cancel your appointment if you don’t pay beforehand which is absolutely ridiculous, could be only as much as $20 and they will cancel it if they don’t have the money before hand smh. Also I had an issue with the work they did and they were not willing to fix it without charging me. Anywhere else would have fixed it because it was their fault. I should call the dentistry board on them for charging me for something like that. Completely unprofessional and unfair!

Yasmin Gonzalez First visit here was amazing. This was my second opinion for braces for my son and I am so glad to have come. First walking in is so clean and joyful with music playing like a comfy little club which feels like a safe place for those afraid of dental stuff. Every staff member that I interacted with (but really everyone) was so nice and patient. And best of all they are very affordable and don’t try to sell you on a bunch of other add ons. I would highly recommend if looking for braces!

I had to maneuver getting my mom an appointment, getting her to the office and back home by Uber-all the way from New Jersey! With the assistance of Cynthia and Maddy, my mother did not feel the the void of my absence. Their customer service was top notch!! They were very hands on and they made my mother feel very comfortable during her visit. In addition to that Dr. ZaZa was great with providing me feedback about her examination. My mother was extremely impressed as well. The customer service that was displayed by the staff is almost unheard of these days and for that I will always be grateful for their efficiency and kindness!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!

I got a call telling me on saturday that the dentist wasnt coming in so they were giving me a courtesy call I was like why if I already canceled it. They have no idea what they are doing

Theyre great with kids and talk to them throughout their cleaning to help calm them. It was my 6 year old first time and he loved his experienced. Shakira Diaz I’m relieved I didn’t take my child here. I called to ask if they accepted my daughter’s insurance. The front desk receptionist asked if I knew what type of dental coverage she had. I explained that I wasn’t aware there were different types and wasn’t sure. Instead of offering any guidance, she rudely responded, “Well, I’m not going to call for you; you’ll have to figure that out yourself.” Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. I ended the call feeling frustrated and disrespected. If you’re working in customer service, patience and professionalism should be a given. This experience was disappointing and left a bad impression. I don’t recommend based on this experience.

K Thompson I saw Dr. Mir in 2023 and received excellent care. He offered every viable solution to keep me from getting unnecessary root canals. When I root canals became the only option, he did a wonderful job. The dental assistant is wonderful staying connected to you through your entire process. Every effort is made to explain what is happening and allow the patient to feel safe and cared for. When I needed another procedure in 2025, I was relieved to see that Dr. Mir was still on my insurance plan. Same great experience

Rodney Frith Dr. Mir and staff from front desk to Cindy his assistant were absolutely great. He took the time to explain what would happen and forewarned me of possible issues. As it turned out they could not complete the root canal due to my tooth being cracked. Cant blame him or the staff for that. Id recommend him and would certainly use them again if the need arises. They play good music also during the procedure. Thank you Dr. Mir and the Staff for being kind and professional!

John Paluch I had been directed to Dr. Mir by my dentist after calcification caused barrier to the root canal and dead nerve of my crowned bridge anchor tooth. Dr. Mir and all the staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. Office staff was prepared and wait was a few minutes. Dr. Mirs assistant took x-rays and Dr. Mir made an assessment of my tooth. He reviewed what issues and outcomes were possible. I was then given an estimate of cost based on outcomes and procedures to be performed. Upon my approval Dr. Mir numbed me up and went to work on my tooth. Procedure was painless and completed quickly. Dr. Mir reviewed post procedure instructions and I was on my way. I would recommend Dr. Mir for any procedures you may need.

Bori Cua The personnel as a whole at Prestige Dental was fantastic from the moment I stepped in till the moment I left. That is especially helpful if you are worried about going to the dentist. The workplace is wonderfully clean and welcoming. I have only received the same level of care from Dr. Wang and her colleagues at another dental clinic in Arizona. These types of hidden jewels are difficult to find. Dr. Wang is not only exceedingly respectful and kind, but she is also quite gentle and always seems to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hygienist as well as the rest of the staff are exceptionally nice and personable. They are just great at what they do. Please visit this office, you will be receive excellent care, they will not disappoint.
