5 /5 Jennifer Jamisen: The office is 10 minutes from my home in The Villages! The office is beautiful with the most gorgeous art on the walls possibly egg tempera. The front desk was polite and helpful. The hygienist was superb as was the xray technician and Dr. Potot gave me a super diagnosis that I can truly live with. I also got a referral to an oral surgeon nearby and I got an appointment right away. This is the best thing thats happened to me since moving to Florida from NY in 2 years. Thank you!

5 /5 Cindy Jurkowski: I chose Highland Lakes Dental with Dr. Nieves and her team due to positive affirmations from many people in my community. There was a several months wait for an appointment and now I can see for myself why. They are in high demand for sure. The office runs like a well oiled machine and the staff are so nice as they help the patients. From the front desk to the assistants and hygienists, everyone has a role and does it well. Dr. Nieves established and discussed a treatment plan with me to move forward with my care. I feel blessed to have discovered a great dental team.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Procedure explained in every step , you are given treatment proposal and cost before anything is started. This office is very clean, and well organized. Rita Marin ,DMD is such a caring and very knowledgeable dentist. She goes beyond what you would expect of her. I am not from this area originally and feel so blessed to have had an experience with this practice.

They have done this to me two times in the last month and a half or so. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible part of this practice. If you cant value your customers time then you shouldnt be in business. Needless to say I will be finding another dentist!!!!

Craig Butler: I had a difficult time finding a dentist that would take a chance helping me with major work done because of being a recent organ transplant patient. Dr. Kang took such care in making sure I had the best care for my health. He personally called to check on me the night after having work done. The whole staff from the front to the back are absolutely wonderful. They are truly caring and receptive to their patients needs. I wouldnt suggest anyone go any where else. They are the best.

C T: The dental care provided was great. When it comes to billing and insurance this place needs to hire someone competent. When you call in and ask for billing they say they do not have a department, right there hints at possible outsourcing? In short they billed insurance wrong, cost us over a grand out of pocket. To top it off , asking for a simple receipt for procedures takes days. Will avoid in the future.
