Mandola Martin: I asked for a simple haircut. 1/4” left on the sides tapered to 1/2” left on top. Nothing else. Instead I got a faded back of my head, she pushed my hairline back and it is crooked, and not even the correct measurements that I wanted in the first place. She basically just freestyles my on my head.
I’ll be wearing a hat until my hair grows back out and another barber can fix this.
Doing a bad job won’t make a customer correct you, but it will most definitely lose you a future customer and get you bad reviews like this.
