1 /5 Joan Lozier: i had my first appt. with Holbrook Dental on Dec 9th 2013, they told me to arrive at 10:40 to fill out some paperwork, i arrived at 10:35, filled out 1 sheet of paperwork in about 35 seconds, then sat for 20 min. until a man & a woman came in & they told her she had missed her appt. for 10:20 that morning, the dentist then came out & looked at me & then took the woman who was late for her appt. & left me sitting there, i went to the desk & asked exactly when was my appt., the woman said 11:00, i said will the dentist be running late now that she took that other woman, she said just 5 or 10 min. late; at 11:12 i got up & told the woman at the desk that i was leaving & left. I never heard from the office, never got a call to ask what happened. I was so shocked that they had had me come in over 20 min. early to fill out 1 sheet of paper & then no discussion or apology about this woman who came in just before my appt. & no followup phone call to discuss this.
also, the smell in the office was making me sick since i walked in at 10:35, dont know what it was but was really glad to get out of there.
