Have had Dr Reams as my doctor several years and he has always been thorough, and really cares about the patient and what they are experiencing. Most of all, he never rushes through his time with you and always has much compassion for his patients. Very knowledgeable doctor, so his assessment and opinion are always can be relied upon, giving the opportunity to his patients that they are receiving the best care possible. His staff is equally as competent, friendly, kind, and professional. I never leave his office without all of my questions and concerns answered and managed.

Including home health. It seemed like I waa calling the office daily. Even though I had not yet been seen for a follow-up, they made sure every order I told them I needed was seen to quickly. I was never spoke to rudely, or even annoyingly. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Thank you for seeing to my needs so quickly. Also, my home health nurse said she was very impressed at how quickly they signed the order.
Emerald Coast Urgent Care - Panama City Beach Ashley Nicole: I traveled from Texas and my son so happen to get sick on our vacation. Setting the appointment was a breeze. I came to the office, they were very quick to check us in and was called back less than 5 mins. My son was seen immediately and knew exactly what he suffers from and treated him appropriately. The staff was very nice and kind. If Im ever back in Florida, this will be my go to place!

On my first visit he sat down and spoke to me about my history, my needs and possible avenues for care in the future. It was such a relief to have a doctor actually listen and not rush to the next pt. His staff was also very pleasant! The nurse who took my vitals made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Another great thing.. I didn’t have to wait! They took me back when scheduled which I appreciate so much! I’m so happy to have found a good doctor’s office in this city.
Doctors Memorial Hospital - Bonifay Alyssa Bryden: Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.
