juliet rodriguez What I love most about this nail salon is that it’s close to my house, they always accept walk-ins, and it’s usually such a peaceful and relaxing experience. However, today was really disappointing. I walked in at 3:45 hoping for a pedicure (not even a full manicure) and was told they couldn’t take me because they were full without an appointment. I was bummed but understood—until I checked their online booking and saw multiple available slots from 4:30 to 6:15. I left but decided to call and ask if I could book one of those appointments, only to be told they were actually booked and they didn’t know why the app showed otherwise. I live nearby, so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for me, but it’s really unfair for someone who might book online, drive over, and then be turned away. I’ve always loved this place, but this experience was frustrating and made me question how they manage their bookings.

Lilly Gurney I had a girls day with my two little ones and the girls helping us were very hospitable and warm with a family vibe they had between eachother that made it feel very homey. We had a great time and I got some much needed pampering and my nails came out so pretty. My tech, Yailis was very patient and sweet with me and I described what I wanted and she did a great job at nailing it. Diana and Arianna worked on my little ones which are 6&8 and have a lot of patience and made sure my girls felt special. Overall we enjoyed our experience and look forward to coming back!

Victoria Avadis Giving 3 stars because the work is great and amazing. But the service is terrible. If you don’t mind being treated bad and willing to put up with the disrespect then go for it. I’ve been here before 1 year ago and it was amazing service. But these last 2 ladies I got the other day I walked in was terrible. They spoke bad in front of me in Spanish as if I didn’t understand and on top were very uninterested in getting the job done. Not sure if it was because it was evening time or what but definitely didn’t feel like staying for the nails to be done due to terrible customer service from those 2

Shape, Colors, ambiance and cleanliness of the salon is unmatchable. I live 2 1/2 hours away and always make sure I stop to get my refill before I go back home. Amanda H. The salon was clean, the staff was extremely friendly. There were no tense or stock-up vibes. I watched how they worked in hair, and the results were fantastic. There was a customer who came in late in the day, and they were able to accommodate and service her. Personally, I did my nails, and they came out to be pretty well; the design was spot on and the application feels like it would hold. I would definitely go again.

Carla Cruz I’ve been getting my nails done with Idalgis for upwards of 2 years now and she never disappoints! I even had an instance where all my nails were regrowing from the the root and the old one was peeling off and even then she found a way for me to have my nails done, obtain no damage or infection, and have them grow back 10x better ! She always tries to achieve my inspo pictures and she ends up going above and beyond each time, super durable! I’ve had the pleasure of getting a few sets from Dairys as well and she is so precise & efficient too. Retention has gone as long as 5-6 weeks ! And could’ve gone longer. Highly recommend!

I have been doing my nails & pedi for years with Martica, started with Gel, then Dip, once in a while with just a manicure because my nails grow super fast and now I have Apres which works wonders for me. Also I do Gel pedi because they last longer and never ruin my polish . Call for an appointment and treat yourself for an amazing Mani/Pedi you deserve it !!!

Jessica Mirabal the only reason I am giving two stars is because the girls do an excellent job, but the owner is very rude. I have been going to that salon for many months and I have sent several clients, I usually go with my 3-year-old girl, my first incident It was that the owner called the girl who was doing my nails to tell her that my daughter should get her feet off the chair, she was calmly sitting next to me, and the last thing was that she called me on the phone to tell me that I couldnt go any further with my daughter because she broke the toilet according to her, the problem is not what we say but the way we say it, of course her way is not good at all because she is always treating her employees badly in front of the customers.

Joselyn Alvarez Employee who attended me did not look like she knew what she was doing. She made me bleed on my toe and tried to hide it from me. She blamed it on the dead skin but clearly she cut more than needed. My toe did not stop bleeding and when she was done painting my toe nails, I still had dried blood. My toe got infected and I could barely walk.

Tatiana does my acrylics and I absolutely love her work, she is a perfectionist and when you leave the salon you know you got what you paid for. I look forward to my appointment with her every time!

An hour after leaving, gel nails bubbled, the manicurist whos name starts with an M cut every cuticle, multiple times, where I bled and now have scabs on every finger (very painful). She left me with polish/paint marks and refused removing them, saying itll wash off (yet obviously hasnt). The foot massage was non-existent, and a nail that was repaired was not mounted right and was highly slanted to one side. Im grateful she was able to see me for the appointment (yes, I left a tip despite all of this), however the process was messy, painful, rushed, and because of this I will not be returning.

Angela Palacio They did a horrible job on my feet the gel cam off of my nail as soon as I got home and realized the girl doing my feet didn’t even know what she was doing I had to explain to her what to do all they would do is talk rather than do their clients feet I’m honestly mad with the way they came out and the fact it cost $35 and they came out bad was just horrible wouldn’t recommend going there at all the prices aren’t reasonable because for the work they did on my feet I should’ve payed 10 not 35, I had to file my on nails from how bad they came out
