1 /5 Cristian Lopez: This place operates with zero structure, no clear plan, and a complete lack of professionalism, something any veteran will immediately recognize as unacceptable. After waiting forever, they finally took me to the back, only to leave me sitting there even longer. Instead of the actual dentist, an intern asked if they could ‘practice’ on me. When they finally did the exam, they aggressively poked my gums, making them bleed and leaving me sore when I had zero pain beforehand.
To make things worse, they originally told me I wasn’t approved for a cleaning, only X-rays, and that I had to schedule an exam first. Then, at the end of the appointment, the dentist suddenly said I had been approved for a cleaning all along. Now they’re claiming I need a filling, despite me having no pain. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time to waste. If I’m approved for a cleaning, that’s what I want, not unnecessary back-and-forth and upselling.
When they originally called to say I wasn’t approved, the lady on the phone was rude and dismissive, even saying, ‘We only do what’s approved, not what’s needed.’ If that’s true, why am I now being told I suddenly need a filling? Seems more like they’re trying to maximize billing, first pushing for X-rays, then a cleaning, and now a filling. I’ll be getting a second opinion from a staff with real experience and a track record of professionalism. Veterans deserve better than this disorganized, inconsistent operation. I won’t be back.
