Mel Garcia: I went into this salon and saw Ross for a deep condition and blow dry. During this visit I didn’t realize that relaxer was secretly put into my hair. I washed my hair today one week later and it smells like chemicals after shampooing 3 separate times! My curl pattern is completely gone. I’ve requested a refund and got no response.

The hairstylist told me to come in so he could check my hair out. Fevre worked on my hair, and he is honestly amazing. I have weak hair, and he explained what was the best route to go with color and treatment. He is so informative and such a gentle soul. He definitely I great and he will have me returning!
