1 /5 Mel Garcia: I went into this salon and saw Ross for a deep condition and blow dry. During this visit I didn’t realize that relaxer was secretly put into my hair. I washed my hair today one week later and it smells like chemicals after shampooing 3 separate times! My curl pattern is completely gone. I’ve requested a refund and got no response.

5 /5 Nathali Minaya: I Loved Desiree, I had the pleasure to have her to do my hair, she was very nice and she treated me good all the time, my hair came out amazing,I got a blower and a cut and she did beautiful. She recommended products to help me loose hair and she also gave me some drops so I could put it on my hair. I will definitely recommend this place.

I showed Ivelisse pictures of what I wanted yet I ended up with 4 different colors nothing what I showed her plus the haircut she gave me ended up very crooked. I ended up having to pin up my hair till I went somewhere else to get fixed. Not only was I there the entire day she had her mom start my hair while she took on people through the process. When I left she has me pay her through Zelle so not a dime of it went to the salon. I messaged her to tell her my hair was extremely cut uneven and the color was extremely light in spots and wanted some type of refund. She wanted to do more things to my hair but I told her I work now 2 jobs and cant come in and wanted some kind of refund. She ended with saying Monday she could do the refund. Monday came and she has ignored me since. I have the text messages showing her saying so. She was on her phone the whole time first with her boyfriend till he decided to show up and sit there. Another thing she advertised through social media but when I got there its called Desirees Hair Salon.
