5 /5 amandini ii: I started with my pedicure and the young lady was nice. I let her know to please not cut too much on my big toe and to keep the other ones a normal length which is a lot for me to do since I have anxiety to speak up. As she was cutting I did not pay attention and was on my phone. When she started filing I felt it on my SKIN and thats when I realized my nails were WAY too short. I asked if there was someone who could do an acrylic overlay to give length to my nails and they were telling me it would be almost 60 bucks ontop of 38 for the pedicure I did voice my dissatisfaction in the end when I finished my haircut because again I have anxiety and dislike being but on the spot or putting someone else... nonetheless I was taken back a bit and decided to go home to try and fix them myself. I have cried countless times because no amount of nail polish will make them look good and I have to hide my toes for new years. I have not been to a salon in years. I finally decide to go to treat myself and I still pay to not make the young lady feel bad. On the other hand, for my hair I LOVED the tech chiqui. She did MAGIC on my hair and Im totally in love. Will definitely go back for my hair!-- update I did call the location after contemplating what I can to to salvage my toes and they understood and had great customer service with a quick response and solution. I am very grateful!—- it is the next day and I was brought in and attended by arianna who LITERALLY gave me my feet/toes back and my confidence. She was so sweet and had amazing attention to detail. Will definitely go back from hair and nails and recommend this place as an option because they do have great customer service and are very understanding and great people with talent to transform someone’s entire look!
