5 /5 Exploring with SolWalk: Ive been here twice now, and both visits were great. The staff is attentive and great at communicating. Bruce is one of the most professional people Ive ever dealt with. I needed several things done this time, and because my ride never showed up, I ended up waiting in the waiting room for the duration. In this time, Bruce came to me several times to let me know exactly what was needed for my car and never once pressured me in any way. Helpful suggestions and upfront honestly are what builds trust. While I waited, I listened to at least 10 people who came in for oil changes and other repairs. Every single one was telling me things like "these people are great, weve been coming here for years" and "theyre honest, and they always do a great job", etc. I was even offered a slice of pizza for lunch because my ride never showed up! I was impressed by the high quality of work done to my vehicle, I feel like much care and respect was taken. As you can see, these people have it figured out: both the vehicle AND the customer must be treated well. I am definitely coming back, as these folks have earned my trust and I feel comfortable knowing that everything will be taken care of!
