They had every opportunity to inflate the bill or provide a laundry list of extra stuff that didnt really need to be done - but they didnt. They were incredibly honest and helpful. They seemed genuinely concerned about getting me across the country to my destination safely over making an extra buck. Communication during repairs was awesome, and I assume they did fantastic work because the car made it almost 2600 miles with 0 issues! Smoothest road trip of my life. Im so incredibly grateful for them. My family down in Florida found their mechanics moving forward for sure. These are good people!

Bella C: This place is PHENOMENAL. I called on Tuesday regarding my cars broken AC and despite being super busy he was able to get me in Wednesday morning, not only that he was able to get started on it SUPER FAST. He was able to fix the AC (despite it having a weird issue) WITHIN THE SAME DAY!!! As a woman who doesnt know much about cars I absolutely dread whenever I have car issues because I am scared the mechanic I take it to might rip me off because of my lack of knowledge. Just know place this is 10000% an honorable business. He was extremely upfront about everything including prices and works quickly, I was hoping I would be able to get my car fixed within the next week let alone the same day!! I also would like to note that my drivers side lock was broken and when I retrieved the car it was fixed, he did not mention it but I am extremely grateful for this above and beyond service. If I ever need my car fixed, I already know where to go and where to send anyone I know!!!

Linda Sue Hancharyk: I just had my best ever car repair in 71 years!!! I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I took it into the shop because I thought I had windows whose motors had died. I was given an estimate of $900 which I thought was fantastic for installing 4 motors. When I brought the car in I was going to have to wait for the repairs to be done. When Dave found that out he gave me a ride home, and later picked me up to get my car. I’m very grateful for that! My windows, it ended up did not new motors! The windows just needed silicone to go up and down! While my car was there it was discovered that my windshield sprayer wasn’t working and that I had a rear light out. They fixed both! The best part of all, they only charged me for labor!!!!!! I highly recommend Consumer Car Care. They were very nice to deal with and were honest and generous beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Dave and Chip!

Linda Sue Hancharyk: I went there because I had a problem with the window. They told me that they couldn’t fix it and referred me to a window glass company. I contacted the company and they repositioned the glass and told me that the regulator needed to be replaced. I went back to Mike’s and asked that my regulator be replaced. When I went to pay my bill they had charged me an extra $100 for diagnostics. I was shocked and asked why and was told that they always did that. I said I told them what I needed done when I brought the car in. I didn’t want to pay it, but was told that there was no way around it. I paid. This has bothered me ever since.

Amber Smoot: Husband and I came down from Georgia to visit family come to find out we had a bad oil leak from my husband using the wrong the O-ring in our oil change losing 2 quarts luckily this shop was kind to get us in and fix the issue that day so we can go back home safely even told us which O-ring to use in future oil changes. Also got a new gas cap that fits my little bug with their help. Thank you!
