Patients need to understand he does not have all the time in the world but will do his best to spend time with you to answer questions. Thank you and your staff for the best care ever.

5 /5 Brenda morris: I can’t even put into words how wonderful Dr. Patel was. He preformed surgery on Friday on my stomach. It went great. But here’s the thing. I have put up with this horrible pain because another surgeon (not in Inverness) told me it was to dangerous to do that I had a 80% chance of not living though it. I would be on a vent and nasal gastric tube in ICU and a wound vac for 9 months if I survived it. So I put it off till the pain was so intense I couldn’t take it. Then I met my hero Dr. Patel. I will never be able to thank him for what he did for me he did it laparoscopic and I came home the Same day. Thanks to you and your whole staff for being the best in Citrus county. If I could put this in the paper or on the radio I would do so!! I will never be able to thank him enough. Brenda Morris

5 /5 Jean Turner: Totally positive experience. Staff are kind and caring. Dr. Jacoby explained everything from what happened to necessitate surgery, what to expect following surgery and plus post-op care. Though we hope never to need their services again, if it happens that is who we want to care for us. Once again my hubby was in need of a surgeon and we returned to this practice to see Dr. Parth Patel. So impressed. Took a considerable amount of time explaining procedure, recuperation, what to expect. Such a nice man and excellent doctor. Staff is so kind and welcoming. I cannot express how comforting to know Dr. Patel will be here for us if future problems arise. Update:. Both Drs Jacoby and Patel have left this practice. I will search high and low to locate Dr. Patel. Our not so Golden Years require we have a surgeon at our access.

1 /5 Antoinette Wasserman: I had to give 1 star to be able to post, they actually deserve a negative number. Worst experience I have ever had. Spoke with the office, I was told that if I brought my CT scan into the office the Doctor would review it and be sure that they could do the procedure, (drainage of a cyst) on the day of my appointment. I drove there that day and dropped off the CT, I had an appointment for the following week. The morning of the appointment I received a phone call from Mary Lou saying my appointment is cancelled they cant help me, doctor finally looked at my CT, he thinks its a Tumor and Ill need to go to another Doctor. Wasted an entire week, the "tumor" has since doubled in size, I am in pain and I am now having trouble breathing. They refused to even help me find another doctor and refer me, to hopefully speed this process up. They dont care about people at all. No professionalism with this group.

JOSHUA SUMMERS, MD - INVERNESS FAMILY CARE - Inverness Jutta C: As every time in the past I have been treated wonderful-by Dr. Summers AND the staff I dealt with! When I need a refill I can pick it up within a day, bloodwork always has been reviewed and discussed if there was an issue. Today Crystal bent backwards helping me to get a quick MRI appointment - worked just fine! Had it TODAY as well Thank you all!!

Suncoast Endoscopy Center - Inverness Michelle Davis: Vivian, Necole, and Linda were wonderful. Vivian brought me back, for my procedure, and what a ray of sunshine she was. She made me feel so comfortable. Linda was very nice and inserted my IV on the first try. Necole was friendly, efficient, and awesome as well. They worked together like a very well oiled machine. Although I know the process, as I have had this procedure several times, I do wish the anesthesiologist would have told me when he was putting me under. I could feel it coming but he never said anything. I have never had an anesthesiologist NOT tell me when they were getting ready to put me under. Other than that, the entire staff was wonderful. Even the lady who checked me in. I apologize I do not recall her name. She has been there for years and is very quick and efficient. From start to finish, I was in and out out of the facility within an hour and a half. Thank you all, you are a wonderful crew.

Jeffery Jordan, MD - Inverness Tabitha owens: Lacks to listen to patients and ignoring phone calls from patients. Dose not care enough to return phone calls to his patients. Completely disrespectful and dose not care about the patient. Only the money he gets from seeing them. Do not recommend.

Armando Rojas, MD - Inverness Tammy Kirby: Dr Rojas takes his time to answer any and all questions. As women we all know this is not a pleasant experience but his professionalism and compassion make it easier. His staff is also compassionate and take the time to make you feel more at ease. Highly recommend him.

Inverness Medical Imaging - Inverness Susan Collin: This place is incredible! Every staff member is efficient, competent, timely, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! Had a bone density with Shirley and cat scan with Lizzy, was in and out in half hour. That’s after check in/copay process with a sweet receptionist. They run an extremely well-oiled machine. Thanks to everyone!

HCA Florida Cardiac Surgical Specialists - Citrus - Inverness Gypsy White: Dr. Kim was very rude, unprofessional and well unprepared for our appointment. He obviously did not even look at the paperwork before coming into the room. The nurse had to come into the room twice to show him he had the paperwork in hand that he was telling us we did not fill out. He also visibly got upset because of a scan he said he did not have but after the third time looking through the paperwork in his hand he found it. Our actual consultation time with him personally was about 3 minutes long. There was other things to but Im afraid if I say too much this review will be taken down. I dont see how he has so many 5 star ratings honestly.

Dr. Pablo E. Figueroa, MD - Inverness Teri Sanford: He has been my doctor for over 2 years now. He is always so helpful and listens to what I have to say , he always helps with my needs. Him and his staff in my opinion are very nice and I am grateful to have him as my doctor. Even with insurance changes he does not take my insurance so I still pay out of pocket for my visits and I wouldnt have it any other way! Thankful for him :)

Govantes Carlos G MD - Inverness Laraine Jordan: I have been a patient of Dr Govantes for the past four years and I’m so thankful I found this amazingly kind, patient and thorough physician. Dr Govantes takes his time with you and really listens to the concerns or issues you’re experiencing. He thoroughly explains an issue, offers options and recommendations. He has a wonderful sense of humor and puts you at ease from the moment he enters the room which helps you better explain your reason for the visit. His staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Tracey his nurse has been there since I began going there, and she’s also is a very kind and patient person. Any time I’ve called the office when I was sick they got me in to see the doctor, or refilled prescriptions that had run out almost immediately. I’ve watched the staff interact with patients many of whom are older with compassionate care and understanding! This doctor and his staff really care about your healthcare, and I thank God I was fortunate enough to have found them because of a friend’s recommendation whose been a patient there for 16 years!
