I no longer will be using Botox because I am obsessed with my fibroblast results with Issa Beauty! My eyelids upper and lower look super rejuvenated and smooth. I can’t stop staring at myself in the car mirror at red lights! Issa has returned my confidence and was super professional applying the service making sure I was super relaxed and pain free! I literally get everything beauty related from Issa Beauty (hair, nails, eye brows, eye lashes and skin!) The elegance and quality is unmatched. This is my forever studio. The person that did my hair was De Amber And I enjoyed it 100%. I got a wash dry starter locks and oiling of the scalp for 175$. I love my locks and can already see the new growth showing. To Mr. Paul Hayes, I checked back through all of my messages as far back as February 2013, and I see no messages from you or anyone else requesting a wedding makeup makeover. First, I do not have voice mail on my studio phone, so you could not have left a voice mail. And I can prove that I respond to all of my Facebook messages. Furthermore, I only provide services for wedding makeovers for my Studio customers and their family members, that is my privilege as a franchise owner. Also, March 6th, the day that you rode by, I was at a pre-op appointment for surgery the next day. And to Ms. Denise Clark, I remember this day very well. I had a customer with a 10:30 appointment for a facial followed by a Birthday lunch date. You asked me to help you with a new foundation and I explained to you that I didn’t have time right then to stop and stripe you for a new foundation, and I asked you to come back in about 30-45 mins. My customer who had the appt and who I was performing the facial on, in my opinion, takes precedence over someone who just walks in and expects me to stop what I’m doing, because they’re from out of town. I reserve the right and only think it was fair to continue giving service to my customer with the appointment.
