1 /5 Austin Walkington: I brought in a set of rims for my project ’96 Mustang. Before leaving the shop after the install, I noticed one of the rims had been freshly damaged. The staff reviewed the installation footage from inside the shop, and all the techs denied causing the damage. However, this clearly wasn’t old damage and does not match the wear of the existing damage
The manager on shift was courteous and helped refer a repair shop. After I paid their referral, Dr. Rim, she offered to help with cost of repair. I acknowledge there were light scrapes on the rim beforehand, but this new damage could only have happened while the shop had these rims
Somehow, they damaged my key in the process as well and it gets stuck in the ignition.
As a Marine veteran, I hold honesty and accountability in high regard. Unfortunately, no one took responsibility for the damage, and based on this experience, I do not plan on returning or recommending their services.
