1 /5 Chris Johnson: Went to the ER 12/15/24 after a fall the night before. I could not walk. Severely pulled groin muscle and broken clavicle. They had to help me into wheel chair and then park my truck. After 2 hours and 2 x-rays the "orthopedic nurse", she called herself, told me nothing was broken. Verbatim-"I have to wait on radiologist but I do not put a lot of stock in them." They gave a 15 Ibuprofens and sent me home. They had to wheel me out to truck and help me in so I could drive home. Fast forward 2 weeks- After lying there suffering for 2 weeks I went to Sacred Heart where they immediately diagnosed me with broken clavicle. I finally got some relief from my suffering after two of the longest weeks ever. So they misdiagnosed me, and then sent me a bill. I brought this up to Ms Laura Nowling their Clinical manager. I told Ms Nowling of my situation and gave them a chance to rescind the bill. They chose not to and doubled down on their misdiagnosis and said the clavicle was not fractured. This place is pitiful at best!

5 /5 Bonni Hoyt: My mom rosemary aman was in jay hospital, the compassion of all the nursing staff, cafeteria staff, pt and janitorial was astounding. They treated my mom like family and really cared about her. Ive never been in a hospital where they were do caring. Jay hospital will be the place we will choose for our medical needs. Thank yall so much.

5 /5 Cass Cicero: I was nervous to go here with some of the bad reviews but we are new to the area and this was the only option besides driving and hour away so I figured we would try it and make the longer trip if it was really that bad. After going I had the total opposite experience. My son had some concerning symptoms and the entire staff from the time we checked in to discharge were so sweet and really took the time to get to know us and explain everything going on to put me at ease. Even my 7 year old said it was the funnest doctor visit he had lol. They are not just trying to rack up your hospital bill and will let you be part of the decision making after detailed explanations on possible risks with certain testing. I have lived in many different places and was not used to the transparency, kind, and quick emergency room service. Definitely will go back when needed.

1 /5 S S: The lack of empathy from staff is frustrating. I guess they treat a lot of addicts, bc soon as you come in looking like hell from being sick, they assume youre on drugs. My husband has had a mystery illness for 6 yrs. Nausea, vomiting, severe back pain, cant urinate or poop during these episodes, diaphoretic, and becomes severely dehydrated. The pain so bad this time, its day 4 no sleep for he and I, hence why Im writing a review at 4am. 2 nights ago he ended up going in when he was so dehydrated his muscles were cramping and knotting up. The Er nurse that triaged, him kept inquiring if my husband did heroine, crack, meth...he stated no. Then the nurse proceeds to go further into detail and say you sure, we usually see people who do drugs get this dehydrated? Basically my hubby had to get snippy with him and tell him NO, keep in mind he is running on fumes, and 6 yrs of this we are wore out. So he goes to take my hubby bp and my hubby turns chair slightly before he sat down to give the nurse his attn and face him, the nurse very ugly, "dont move the chair." Im so disappointed in the services received. They have no problem taking our money and not delivering care. Nothing worse than paying for a product and not getting it or disappointed. At what point can we get refunds for healthcare for undelivered care or leaving just as bad as you came in? Weve spent 1000s to BH, depleted our savings over 6 yrs looking for help. If it wasnt for patients, these people wouldnt have a job. We are in desperate need of a caring attentive caregiver that will help us. When someone is sick, it doesnt just affect them, the whole family unit is affected. We have a daughter in a wheelchair who needs cared for, even when we sick, while I try to work fulltime, so when I have my husband ill, its twice as difficult on our family. So to be accused of doing drugs of heroine, meth, crack in nature when your trying to get help is frustrating. Then to top it off, we pulled his recods up online, to find they drug tested him, and never disclosed, nor asked if we agreed to it or cost to do it in general, but it showed them he wasnt lying. Soon as you mention pain, they look at you like youre there for pain meds...no we just want resolution, help, figure out whats going on. My husband doesnt want to live on pills if he doesnt have to. Def would not recommend going to BH for compassionate care, west florida- you have a new pt.

1 /5 Rachel Peacock: As soon as we were able to get to the back. They took some swallows and took his temperature and he had a fever 101.someing they still have not came in to give him anything. Weve been here for about About an hour or more. They have not even came in and checked on him or give him something to break his fever, I stepped out and I asked them if they cant come in here to give hem something for his fever. Then we will go find another ER that will take care of him. Needless to say about a few minutes later the doctor came in The doctor gave me the results that I thought was going on with him. The nurse released us after the doctor said that she was going to give my son something for a fever. I had to remind the nurse that she has not gave my son nothing to break his fever to come home with. So yes, they were going to release my son. With Running a high fever and his ear hurting and coughing the doctor was supposed to give him some antibiotics and some medicine to break his fever. So guess what they were going to do was release him with nothing until I said something.

Battles III: From the directions on how to prepare for my MRI to the reception at the facility to being greeted by the Technician Mike, through the procedure and wrap up it was a very pleasant and thorough experience obviously by very competent people. I’m an Engineer and after the MRI I had a bunch of questions to Mike on the necessary of the noise and he took the time to update me on the Machines and the various types and further impressed me with his time. All good and would definitely go again.

HCA Florida Orlando Allergy and ENT - Sanford Debborah Fisher: Appointment as a new patient today, 10/28/24@ 4pm. I provided my address 5 different times on the new patient forms & after I left the ofc I noticed my address from 7 yrs ago was on my paperwork. The young man at the registration desk did not verify my address to what was in the system after my forms were returned to him with my current information. I do not know where he accessed my 7 yr old address. Not efficient registration by him after I filled out all the forms with current information. The Dr. Was Great!! He removed wax successfully from both ears. He was very friendly & had excellent bedside manner.

Charron: WARNING***** if you were referred to this office by your PCP or insurance company read this first****Last week, my mother had an appointment with this cardiologist. My mother had an EKG done at the office that made her look like a medical anomaly, and the Doctor never questioned whether the EKG was done Correctly, Instead he proceeded to have my mom do bloodwork and chest x-ray, and schedule an echo, it seemed that he wanted the EKG to be abnormal so he could justify billing the insurance company for all the extra stuff. I wonder how many people have been, taken advantage of or are being put on medication they don’t need to be put on. The following day I went to a Carespot Urgent Care to get a repeat EKG. The EKG came out normal. The reason the EKG came out normal is that they have the medical knowledge and the common sense to takeoff her Apple Watch, made her lay down and remove her bra before proceeding with an EKG. None of those things were done at this cardiologists office

He’s super patient, very easy to speak with, honest and he educates you to help you with understanding any issues you may have, about medication, or with future care plans he may have for your health care with him. I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for over 25+ years, and I consider myself a lucky person to be one of his patients. Dawn, Dr. Johnson’s MA, is very kind,. She makes you feel comfortable while offering a friendly demeanor as she sets the tone for a positive visit with Dr. Johnson. The front office staff, Megan and Jacque are as sweet as you can ever have to receive you at a physician’s office. They are kind, welcoming, and friendly. I have also watched them work together and they are spot on a good team. These young ladies are the best Thank You All.

Towne Center Animal Hospital - Sanford Karen H: Dr. Z and his staff are always so kind and supportive. I have a diabetic kitty and she was showing signs of pancreatitis (again). I contacted his office first thing Monday morning, and he made room in his schedule to see, diagnose and treat my very sick kitty. We are so grateful to have a vet like Dr. Z and his wonderful staff!

I am so thankful I was referred to this office as it was such a huge blessing to go through this experience with a knowledgeable and kind team to walk through it with me.
