5 /5 Kevin Thompson: I dont understand why someone would leave a negative review because this shop wouldnt work on their particular model of vehicle. You should be happy they are honest about their specialization. Ive been working with Jeff and Matthew for years and theyve been GREAT. Top pros and always attentive to my bottom line. Id sell my second car and buy another Audi just to keep these guys in the family. Ive recommended Jeffs German Auto to friends and they couldnt be happier.

5 /5 Sean Lizzie: I was having some issues with my car that Volkswagen of Gainesville could not explain after 3 attempts to find the problem. I took it to Werkshop49 with jeff and within a couple hours had the issue completely resolved. He also quoted me a water pump and thermostat replacement on my car and told me it would need it sooner then later and sure enough with in a week it started to leak pretty intensely. So I brought the car in and had that issue resolved as well at a vastly cheaper price then what the dealer would have charged me. I also had a severe stumble at idle issue with the car that he was also able to have diagnosed with in a couple hours and had my car running like new. I highly recommend Jeff and the guys at Werkshop49.

5 /5 Derrick Miranda: Took my audi A3 for a diagnosis of brake system and bleed. I was having issues with the ABS (common for Audi of this year) They rebooted the software saving me hundreds in labor and parts.

5 /5 Alex Lochard: Have been bringing my audi there for around a year or so now, and Ive been very pleased with the service I have received. Jeff and other employees have been very kind and patient with answering any questions I have about anything having to do with my car. The work has also been done well and for a very competitive price compared to other shops and dealers. I wish I had found this shop earlier and would definitely recommend this shop to any Audi/Volkswagen owner looking for a great shop at a great price.

2 /5 Tenken 73: Imagine asking for a full inspection, getting over $1000 worth of repairs done, then find that your car is running rougher than when you brought it. They miss something (after "full" inspection) then try to charge an extra $500 for it to be fixed. They over charge and under deliver. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. They can work on cars, take your money, and seem semi friendly. Take your car to advanced auto parts or something instead of bringing it here.
