1 /5 Aleksandra Stankovska: Warning to all potential clients: I had the worst experience dealing with the most unprofessional hair stylist, Jess. I purchased a Groupon for a color and haircut, and I tried to get in touch with Jess, the process was a nightmare. After multiple attempts via phone, voicemail, Facebook and texts I finally secured an appointment for this Saturday at 10AM. However, Jess was a no-show! The hairstylist didn’t show up - imagine that! Despite numerous calls and texts from both myself and the JC salon receptionist (owner), she never bothered to respond or offer an explanation. Thankfully, after logging a complaint, Groupon refunded my money. Avoid Jess at all costs – her lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable. It’s almost 4PM and she still hasn’t reached out with explanation - what a shame!
