5 /5 Elizabeth Holman: Awesome people! We had vehicle problems on the way to vacation. We searched the internet for some place near by. The Firestone label caught my attention rather than independents. Jimmies looks a little rough on the outside, but inside, their knowledge and helpfulness changed our first impression. Greg went out of his way to diagnose our problem and locate the parts to fix it. We were too close to quiting time to get the parts, so he gave us some recommendations to lodging, and was ready to make the repairs first thing this morning! We were on the road well before noon, and he didnt hurt the pocket book!!! Thanks Jimmies, and especially Greg!!!!

5 /5 Alysha Dison: We had the most wonderful experience on 3/27 with the group from Jimmies! Broke down at the autoport, got us towed to the shop, replaced the starter in record time! Some of the nicest people we ever met and Harley Quinn topped it off meeting our Betty Lou!

5 /5 Amanda Royer: Had a bearing go out on my truck on a Sunday morning on I10. Called Jimmys, limped to their shop where they replaced it and got me back on the road super quick. Eddie (mechanic) was very friendly, and fast. There was another man (Donnie? Maybe?) who got the parts for us and was also very polite and friendly. Amazing service! Would recommend to anyone! If ever traveling this way and in need of a repair I will be calling them!

5 /5 Erin Salazar: I was worried that we picked up something in a tire as we were driving on I-10. I stopped at a Loves to ask for recommendations for a tire shop and was told to go to Jimmie’s. (One exit West) In less than five minutes, we were pulled up and had a wonderful technician, Austin, looking at our tire. We didn’t even have to get out of the car. He found a nail, patched it and we were on the road safely again in less than 15 minutes total. It was a sigh of relief from this momma traveling home to Texas with kids from a trip to Florida. Thank you Austin for a job well-done.
