1 /5 Tammy Will: If I could give a negative review I would. They hold hands with neighborhood HOAS. Total SCAM. No warnings about being towed, before it happens, NO appropriate street signs displayed about specific hours, or any clear indication of a tow zone or zones, if you are a guest you are in the dark about these rules. We tried to dispute this and they denied that they did. We have the receipt. Easy to follow up with me... I called you twice, my daughter called. We have a printed receipt. She drove by during daylight hours and there no post of towing and she was not warned as it happened during the middle of the night! Do you want to repay her?

5 /5 Scott Crane: What an amazing experience!!! My teenage son was on his first trip away from home. He was on his way to Texas when something went wrong with his truck and he had to limp off the Interstate. He called home, understandably upset, and wanted to let us know where he was and what was going on. I looked up a local mechanic and BTS Towing and Diesel repair was on the top on the list. So many things were running through my mind as I called but from the initial phone call the crew at BTS put me at ease. The lady on the other end of the line was so bright and kind and she immediately said they would help in anyway possible. She said they would fit him in and genuinely seemed concerned. My son limped the truck down to the shop and was greeted warmly. After just a few minutes a mechanic started diagnosing the issue. My son said he was overly nice and put him at ease. The issue was quickly diagnosed after a quick trip down the road and back. Thankfully it was only a sensor!! As a parent I cant tell you how much it means to have a business treat a teenager with respect and understanding. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation but instead treated him with dignity. Whether youre in the local area or have an issue as youre travelling through know that BTS Towing and Diesel Repair should be at the top of the list to call.

5 /5 Crystal Putnam: I dont trust too many shops with my diesel truck, but these folks are great. I trust them with all my vehicles. I felt the price was reasonable for the service I required. Im very pleased with the folks at BTS.
