Been using Jims Auto for several years myself and father used him for over 20 years upon Jim retiring I was a little nervous because I did not know if the service was still as good as it was with Jim there but by far beat my expectations, Ryan is a very honest and very knowledgeable. took my 2015 Ford explorer in for a sunroof issue he explained he does not do anything with sunroofs upon arriving home shut my car off and it would not start again so I had my car towed there over the holiday weekend and he worked on it and got it running again first thing Monday morning he contacted me and my husband and said your car is ready to be picked up. A lot of mechanics would have said yeah I can fix the sunroof in all reality they would have just taken your money where he was very honest and told us he does not touch sunroofs. He tells you everything in detail what is wrong with your vehicle and how it can be fixed without cutting corners. If we need any more car work we will make sure that we take our vehicle there even though we live 3 hours away. By far best mechanic shop

I got a flat tire as it was getting dark and my car was only equipped with a fix a flat can, which wouldn’t have repaired the gash in the tire. I called Jim’s, they answered quickly after hours, and came to my rescue. The service was fast, the driver (Cordell) was super friendly, tow truck was modern and clean inside, and they didn’t gouge me on price, which they certainly could have. A huge thank you to Jim’s Towing!

5 /5 Joseph Holme: 20+ Years customer. I had them fix my brakes recently on my Tundra for around $2k. After a short time brake problems returned. They replaced rotors, etc at cost and did not add labor. All within one day. Their service is exemplary . Great shop.
