5 /5 Kyriakos Moforis: Trust is the most important quality or reputation an auto repair business can have. In an industry loaded with snake oil salesmen Jim’s Auto is the rare exception. Every time I do business with Jim’s I feel like I’m in good hands and they really care about giving me the best advice on what’s best for me and my vehicle. My Hinda was getting old and they told me to stop spending money on it and use it towards something a little newer. Very grateful for their honesty. You will too if you try them which I recommend you do.

2 /5 Michael Z: I was recommended this auto-repair shop because of their honesty and reputation. Unfortunately, I did have a bad experience with their inability to put on a speed sensor. I was advised to take my car to a transmission repair shop due to internal damage to my transmission, which was not the case. I took my car to Pauls Transmission in Fort. Lauderdale, they knew immediately it was mechanic error. I was out the door in two hours and the car was up and running perfectly for $200 less than what they were going to charge me at Jims. I think theyre an honest company, but unfortunately the mechanic that worked on my car, was completely incompetent. When I advised them of the situation they blamed Honda and told me that the car I purchased brand new was tampered with. Took absolutely no responsibility what so ever.
