1 /5 Elsa Jalil: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The two doctors I saw were absolutely incompetent. The doctor was more concerned about giving me a paps himself than addressing the actual concerns I came in about. Paid for the in house medical insurance they offer, and was promised that all my bloodwork would be covered, only to turn around and have to pay out of pocket every time they decided they needed more bloodwork, which was only for specific things, not the full panel I asked for to begin with. The ladies in the office are friendly, especially Roxy! And the woman taking the bloodwork is very knowledgeable and professional. The wait time is ridiculous! Don’t set an appointment and expect to see seen at your appointment time, it’s NOT going to happen, ever.

1 /5 Pierre Carlande: I had one of the worst experiences at this doctor’s office. I was treated with complete disrespect by one of the front desk staff, especially the Spanish-speaking lady with veneers. She was incredibly rude, impatient, and refused to even let me explain my situation. It felt like she assumed she knew everything without hearing me out, which made the whole experience extremely frustrating. Her attitude made it clear she has zero empathy, especially if you’re not a Spanish speaker—it feels ten times worse. The rest of the front desk staff were kind and professional, but this one individual completely ruined my experience. If you value respect and good customer service, I 100% do NOT recommend this office.”

1 /5 Irina Ashley: This office personal is rude, don’t speak English, never answer pharmacy calls. Doctors seem wanting to make money and not care about patients. If you have insurance forget going there, they don’t interested to provide care, only cash patients getting attention of or you need to pay upfront and wait for years to get reimbursed. Issuing medication without refills and if you didn’t show up every month doctors will send you away leaving you without meds. If you care about your health Do not go! Find another office to bring your needs and find doctors who will care!!

Memorial Medical Office Centre - Hollywood Mabel Flores: I had the pleasure of visiting with Dr. Evana Valenzuela Scheker and her staff at the division of Endocrine Surgery. From scheduling the appt to the office visit, it was by far the best experience I have had. I came to her for a second opinion on what could possibly be a scary situation for me as I am recovering cancer patient. Knowing my history she took the time to explain things in great detail so that I can have the peace of mind I so desperately needed. I had arrived late for my appointment and she and her staff waited! Imagine how often that happens! Astonishing! Normally it’s the other way around. Despite the fact the I was late her staff welcomed me with a wonderful smile and took me in right away. Everyone from the front staff to her medical assistant to her PA, just a lovely group of empathetic women. Going to the doctor with concerns can be scary especially if you have a history, cancer stays with you. The trauma of it all never goes away. So the one thing you want from a visit with a doctor is someone who cares and understands! I highly recommend Dr. Valenzuela Scheker, she is truly a wonderful doctor and you can genuinely tell that she really cares about her patients.

South Florida Rheumatology - Hollywood - Hollywood Laura Lerman: I was seen by Dr. Lea Meir. She is excellent! She was thorough, explained things in a simple manner so that I could understand. She has an awesome bedside manner. Dr. Meir entered the examination room as soon as the nurse finished taking my vitals. I was in and out in less than an hour. She suggested a diet, a treatment, exercises and even a book for me to read on how to eat better. Thank you Dr. Meir. You are awesome!

Childrens Medical Center - Sheridan Street - Hollywood Olena Morozova: I am not sure why this place has such a low reviews But this office is just amazing, starting from the phone call that is always answered, to a front desk helpful and professional, to a super friendly office stuff I go see DR Carol and I like her from the begging, super knowledgeable all test you can get in the office and know all the results I am not even mentioning the wait time here close to 0 What a difference between them and the most terrible place Paediatric associate Where the wait is at least 2 hours they don’t care about your kids it’s like a conveyor machine

Primary Medical Physicians - Taft - Hollywood Jesus Urquiza: Dr. Castellanos and his assistant are GREAT! They exclusively dedicate themselves to you and your concerns during your appointment. He is patient, very smart, and a very good Doctor. My wife and I are really happy that he is our primary Doctor. I will never change him for another Doctor. Thank you.

Memorial Hospital Miramar - Miramar Mariolis Hernandez: My pre op experience was excellent with the staff specifically the nurse i had before going into surgery on 3/28/25. Stephanie was sweet, kind and very comprehensive, she helped with any questions or concern and helped me stayed calm. Gave me peace because i was very nervous . I recommend this hospital 100%. Very clean.also the nurse i had when i was admitted for a night on the 4th floor. I dont have any complaints, everyone are very professional and kind.the service was outstanding. Thanks also to my doctor, dr Marcela Torres and Kristina that both did an amazing job with me.
