5 /5 Mike Liebschwager: K & A is simply an awesome repair shop for my car - a 2014 Mini Cooper which we bought used and knew these cars can be a mechanical nightmare. We have used K&A to replace a starter, review the never ending warning codes mini coopers produce and for an oil change. They are always fast, reasonable and fair. They do not try to sell you repairs you do not need. They have looked at my car immediately when I came in with warning lights and both times advised me of their opinion without charging an "analysis fee" of several hundred dollars like many other shops do. Bravo K&A! Youve earned a life long customer who truly appreciates your honesty and customer centric philosophy. Sincerely.....Mr Mini...the name they call me because my last name is impossible:)
