stephanie wilson Had our truck for 3 weeks when we finally decided to pull it. Needed a motor replaced and promised a week and never even touched it after receiving the new motor. After a week of absolutely no attempt to keep in touch and updated we called and was giving nothing but excuses. Wouldnt recommend for anything ever.

Daylon Robbers Didnt do a great job on the work he did for my car, hes bad at trying to get ahold of, had to tow my car to his buddies house because I had to get it off the highway, I dont have a problem with that, it took him 3/4 days to replace a strut and stabilizer, strut looks ok, the stabilizer looks like it was impacted on because those threads were stripped, the break line had a hole in it and I didnt smell the oil till I finally got my car back the brakes werent bleed, I drove 15 miles back to work and fixed it myself in like 40 minutes, dont half fast things my guy, I definitely shouldnt have paid you everything up front, dont go to this guy youll get other problems on your car

Wyatt Martin 4G has done wonderful work on my car on two different occasions, despite being 10 years old they matched the paint perfectly. They are communicative and very easy to work with. Cannot recommend them enough, and any time I need additional work done I’ll be going to them again!

Corey Smith 5000 dollar 4l60e didnt last 3 years servo snap ring wasnt seated and it blew out and broke the case. I know its been 3 years but a transmission should last the life of the vehicles especially a 5k dollar replacement but it ran good until that happened. They do build good transmissions here.just sthis time someone was in a hurry to go home on a Friday I guess idk

Christopher Paterson i called brute force not knowing they mainly services big rigs, and from the beginnning the young lady that answered the phone was the sweetest most kind hearted person i ever did speak to. after calling multiple places and receiving no help, she had her husband show up and take a look at my truck and give me some ideas on where to start. He was big fella and humble as could be,. when he was going to leave i wanted to do something for him because he wasnt going ton charge me so i gave him an old edge tuner for his truck. now i dont know if it worked but i was happy to give back to a man and a woman who were so selfless and kind hearted it was the least i could do. I just want to say thank you to both of them. and i would recommend them anytime. like family!

Mike Liebschwager K & A is simply an awesome repair shop for my car - a 2014 Mini Cooper which we bought used and knew these cars can be a mechanical nightmare. We have used K&A to replace a starter, review the never ending warning codes mini coopers produce and for an oil change. They are always fast, reasonable and fair. They do not try to sell you repairs you do not need. They have looked at my car immediately when I came in with warning lights and both times advised me of their opinion without charging an "analysis fee" of several hundred dollars like many other shops do. The shop has loads of tools for any work youd need to do on your vehicle along with the facility having HVAC. 2 vehicle lifts and a motorcycle bay as well. He scheduled us quickly and was fairly priced. Most recently, we had him evaluate a car that my son wanted to buy. He did a thorough inspection and suggested what we should offer for the car, based on work that needed to be done. Thorough, honest and dependable! Spark Plug (the resident cat) is a bonus.

Pilot DC Had a pretty awful fender bender. Messed up my whole front end. I called a few shops and got estimates before hand, but then I gave Paul a call and he set me up instantly with an estimate and got straight to work. His work was fast, high quality, and it was the best price around that I could find. My car looks brand new aswell as way cooler than it did before. MX XW Excellent team at Old Dixie Automotive. Organized, fair priced, staff is attentive, professional, honest, provide quality work and incredible communication. Needed a stud drilled out and a windshield washer reservoir and pump replaced. Spoke over the phone back and forth to coordinate drop off pick up and work to be done with no problems! They called to inform me on a broken fluid line and even checked and found low oil from a recent oil change (three days prior at Mavis) and didnt charge extra to top it off!!! Had great third party recommendations for dent repair and wheel well stud inserts. I am so impressed, I will definitely be going back for all my needs. Thank you guys!!!!

When he finished I walked in there And handed him the money for the repair. He handed me $150 back, I asked him what that was for. He said only one One sensors bad. From that moment on, he earned my business Mr. Lock honest mechanic and will get the job done at a fair price.

He will be the only mechanic working on my cars from now on. Locks has completed a number of repairs to my cars in the last couple of months. Michaela This was by far one of the worst mechanic experience Ive ever had. I had asked them to change my alternator and then my friend offered to do it for me so I called hicks and asked them not to do the job. They said they had already begun to take the engine apart so they wanted to be paid $50, and I agreed to do that. I went and paid them $50, they gave me the keys and I drove the car a few blocks away and parked in a parking lot and my friend changed the alternator. While my friend was doing that we discovered that hicks hadnt put my engine back together. The radiator fan was in the backseat. The AC hose was disconnected and missing its bolts. The bolts are also missing from the top of the radiator. I went back and told them what happened and asked them for my parts back and they refused to even give me my engine parts back so now I have to spend even more to order new parts and pay another mechanic to fix the damage they did. Hicks hadnt even told me that my engine wasnt put back together when I was given my keys back and I drove away with it......it could have caused a very serious accident and blown the engine. They are also overcharging people. It took my friend one hour to change the alternator and hicks had been going to charge me for three hours of labor for changing it, so they were charging 3 times what it really cost. I provided the part.
