1 /5 Ted D.: I arrived as a walk-in and was asked to grab a number and wait to be called, which I did for about 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after, another walk-in customer arrived, also requesting a manicure and pedicure. She inquired about pricing and timing, which made it clear she wasn’t a regular customer. I assumed I would be served first since I had arrived earlier and we requested the same service.
When a station became available, the staff member directed her to it and told me to go to an empty station behind him. He began assisting her immediately, while no one helped or even checked on me. After waiting about 10 more minutes without acknowledgment, I realized I had been deprioritized and left.
Although there was much more subtext going on here than I want to even acknowledge or mention, the way I was treated left me feeling overlooked and dismissed, which is why I am sharing this review.
Overall, I’m sure they’re probably lovely people, but a little more professionalism and courtesy would go a long way for their business.
