Ashley Keeler I had such a relaxing and pampering mani pedi experience at Speranza! Sol was incredible and gave one of the best pedicures I have ever had, she really took the time to make it perfect. Highly recommend the Footlogix pedi for a next level treatment to leave your feet soft and callus free. And Charlize was excellent for my hard gel mani. I love that they offer cheese, wine, and snacks too. I’ll definitely be back!

Ted D. I arrived as a walk-in and was asked to grab a number and wait to be called, which I did for about 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after, another walk-in customer arrived, also requesting a manicure and pedicure. She inquired about pricing and timing, which made it clear she wasn’t a regular customer. I assumed I would be served first since I had arrived earlier and we requested the same service. When a station became available, the staff member directed her to it and told me to go to an empty station behind him. He began assisting her immediately, while no one helped or even checked on me. After waiting about 10 more minutes without acknowledgment, I realized I had been deprioritized and left. Although there was much more subtext going on here than I want to even acknowledge or mention, the way I was treated left me feeling overlooked and dismissed, which is why I am sharing this review. Overall, I’m sure they’re probably lovely people, but a little more professionalism and courtesy would go a long way for their business.

Shannon Washington Terrible experience! I waited for two hours, only to be told by the owner that he doesn’t do pedicures and that I’d have to wait another 30 minutes just for a simple polish change. I politely asked if he could make an exception since I had already been waiting so long, but he refused and told me to leave. Unprofessional and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Janet Rojas Melissa has taken care of me for several years now. She is the best. She takes her time and makes sure you are happy with your final mani/pedi. I would never change her!! She’s very accommodating! She’s awesome!!

Jacquy Grainger Today Sunday, just arrived at home and I am speechless! Incredible and professional work at this salon. I had 5 Luminary Gel nails and 5 that I managed to remove from another salon. This tech worked her MAGIC and I left with all nails same length but most important part is how meticulous she was (PERFECTIONIST) about they all looking identical and just plain PERFECT!!!!! I’ve never been to a salon in Miami where they have done this. Most are like a factory they work really fast to get you out quick. Thank you thank you so much for the most beautiful nails. Now I’m ready for my trip to Saint Barth.

I am used to European style for nails, and it was hard for me to find what I am looking for, but today Irina did such an amazing job with my manicure, I am obsessed. She is so precise, dedicated to her job and excellent at what she does. She will not let you leave until she finishes your nails till perfection literally. I am so happy I discovered this place.

McClellan Laing I had a great experience here! I was in town for a work trip and in the area after visiting the Vizcaya Gardens, so I stumbled upon this studio with a last minute opening. Their booking system is very easy and when I got in one of the techs (I missed her name!) gave me the suggestion of doing acrylic instead of SNS powder to get the best cat eye look. I was early and she got me started with removing my old SNS nails. Daniel, my tech, did an amazing job with the acrylic and cat eye look. He is very efficient and great at his job. He let me see both pink shades to make sure I liked my choice. Despite our language barrier, he made sure I was happy every step of the way. Their prices are very reasonable and I’d highly recommend this studio!

Katrina Burnett I’ve been gatekeeping this place for years because I didn’t want my favorite nail tech to get too booked—but now I’m 100% sure that no matter who you book with, you’re in great hands. I’m a regular for acrylics and pedicures, and every time I leave, I’m excited about my nails. They’re always up on the trends, have the best colors, and can pull off any cool design. Everyone here is so sweet and funny. If you’re looking for a dependable nail salon, this is it. We’ve been in a 4-year relationship, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without Polish Me!

Neci Green I got a pedicure. It was a decent experience. Everyone was nice. The price was more affordable compared to my part of the country. I would recommend either knowing Spanish or using Google translator. Not many of the employees know English very well. I was in town on business. I wanted to converse with the nail tech gentleman but didn’t feel comfortable since he didn’t know English. He did an excellent job.

Casey G. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to bring awareness to a situation that left me feeling tricked into paying more than I expected. I recently visited this nail salon with my 15-year-old daughter. Before coming in, I called to ask how much a refill would cost and was told $57. When we arrived, I explained that my daughter was there for a refill and a toe polish change. They took her in right away, which I appreciated. I left for a bit and periodically checked in on her, noting that it was taking a bit longer than expected. Over an hour later, when I returned, I found that only her nails were done, and the toe polish change hadn’t even started. Since I didn’t have any more time to wait, I told them to forget the polish change. When it came time to pay, I expected the total to be $57 plus a tip (I always tip $5-$10 as I’m in the beauty industry myself and believe in supporting other artists). However, I was charged $72, including a $3 tip. This wasn’t a huge difference, but it was frustrating because I wasn’t informed ahead of time that there were additional charges based on the length of her nails. To make matters worse, my daughter later told me that the nail tech filed off her new nail growth without asking (something she didn’t want) and accidentally cut her cuticles on multiple fingers, which hurt. I’m not writing this review to harm their business but to bring awareness to how I felt as a customer. It would be much better if they clarified additional charges in advance so there are no surprises at checkout. Clear communication would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

Valerie Guerra Got my nails done with Ada yesterday and she did such an amazing job on my gel mani and pedi. One of my nails was chipped and she filled it in so that the shape was perfect. She took her time removing all my cuticles and making sure they turned out beautiful!

Brandon valldejuli Laura killed the pedicure. I genuinely was about to fall asleep during it because of how gentle and good she was. The place itself is very clean and the staff are all so nice and highly skilled. I got the volcano pedicure and I’m currently speechless; my toe nails are perfectly shaped and all the dead skin is completely removed from my feet. My calves and shins have never felt better after the message either. I would give it more stars if I could.

Hanna Wilson 2 stars instead of 1 because I hate giving bad reviews. I was really hoping to love this place but the service was just okay, but not worth the price (I got a Gel Pedicure for reference). There was a language barrier, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. The polish itself looked nice, and she did trim, shape, and clean my nails. However, the pedicure experience was lacking. My feet barely soaked, and she only used a loofah—no proper tools to remove dead skin, so my feet didn’t look like they had an actual pedicure, just polish. Lotion was applied to my feet, but nothing extra was used in the water except soap, and my shins/calves weren’t moisturized at all. Typically, a pedicure includes a scrub or massage, but the only thing done was placing warm towels on my shins for 15 minutes. Maybe that’s how this salon does pedicures but that doesn’t seem right to me? The towels started warm but quickly got cold, and the technician left for so long that I had to ask someone else to find her. After waiting so long for my appointment (even though I was on time) and receiving a service that didn’t feel complete, it was really frustrating to pay $53 for a gel pedicure I could have done myself at home.

Yanet took the time to listen to my hair concerns and offered expert advice on what would suit me best. The precision with which her and Elliot colored and styled my hair was impressive; it truly felt like a work of art. They also used high-quality products that left my hair feeling soft and revitalized. Elliot and Paco are kind and extremely talented. They were friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit and that I was happy with my hair and make up. I walked out feeling not just beautiful, but confident. I cant wait for my next appointment! Highly recommend!

Kayla I recently visited this salon for the first time. I originally booked my appointment over a month ago but had to reschedule to a later date due to personal reasons. A few weeks later, I needed to adjust the time again because of traffic—my nail salon is about 30 minutes from my job during rush hour. Throughout the process, the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful every time I spoke with her on the phone. As for my experience, I couldn’t be happier with my nails! Betty did an amazing job, and I’ve never been more in love with them. I’m definitely coming back to get my hands done again. Everyone at the salon was very sweet. My only complaint—though it’s no fault of theirs—is the awful Miami traffic. When I checked beforehand, my drive was estimated at 15 minutes, but rush hour doubled that time. Even so, I arrived on time for my 5:30 PM appointment. However, I still had to wait 23 minutes before someone was available to start my pedicure before Betty did my hands. Overall, I loved my experience and can’t wait to return!

I’ve done Apres, acrylic, structure gel, you name it! I haven’t been able to find another nail salon in Miami that compares to their standard. They also keep up with the latest trends so no matter what you’re looking for, they have it!

I’ve done acrylic, apres, pedicures, lash extensions, brow wax & shaping. It’s a one stop shop & well executed every single time. All the techs I’ve experienced have been nothing but kind, attentive, talented & professional. If ever I’ve had a minor issue, they always ensure to resolve it & meet my expectations. Elianys Martin These nails are so fat and ugly. They were done by Margarita. Clearly she does not know how to do dip. Salon should choose wisely when hiring certain nail tech to offer dip services. Not everyone is capable of doing dip nails. I’m so disappointed :(

Francesca Cardinale Ive been coming to BABY nail bar for last few years now consistently. But my last visit was not what I expected. I always go for a dip mani/regular pedi and take this time to relax from a stressful work life. But recently, it has been anything but relaxing and yesterday was the worst. I had an appointment with Adriana and I have never been cut so many times. I never get cut, period. But she was cutting my cuticles and making me bleed left and right, toes included. And she wasnt apologetic about it at all. She laughed and said my cuticles must be really sensitive. I can assure they are not because this NEVER has happened to me in the years that Ive been getting my nails done here. They were still bleeding when I got home. Needless to say, Im disappointed how this nail tech handled the situation and I sadly will not be coming back to where I always used to rely on getting good service and good nails.

Chana Hazan Gabriella was my nail tech today and she was so meticulous and detail oriented! Definitely a perfectionist which I personally love and look for for my nails. 10/10. Not to mention amazing prices you won’t find anywhere else in Miami.

Both take their time though they’re perfectionists and worth nails lasting long too. Definitely recommend if you want quality and consistency. Hilary Haber At first I was apprehensive as the tech didn’t speak English and the language barrier would be an issue. Quite the contrary. She was warm and welcoming. I got a full set on bitten down nails. Her attention to detail made the set burst. Definitely coming back again! Another plus is unlimited wine or coffee!

Paola advised me of an issue with my fragile nails on my feet and didn’t work over damaged nail beds. Great pedicure and was super gentle with the removal of the gel on my feet. Definitely my new nail salon from now on!!

Kenia Ozoria The Nail Bar was my first time getting my nails done in Miami and they came out so good! Yelenis was my nail tech and she paid a lot of attention to detail. They also offer a beverage at the beginning of the service which is such a nice touch. The ambiance is super cute and makes you feel luxurious and like you’re pampering yourself in style! I would totally go back :)!

Asline Sanders I was recommended by my daughter’s godmother who is also my best friend’s cousin to come to this place. I wish I’ve started going sooner because every time I go there has been a pleasant visit. From the prepping to the finishing touches, Will does an amazing job taking care of my finger and toe nails. The prices are also affordable for everything he does. The best part is that the work he does last long (at least three weeks if taken care of well before breaking).
