2 /5 John Parce: It is impossible to contact the Clinic by phone. The administrative staff is not interested in answering calls, only in maybe replying to your voice mail message. The administrative staff is slow in making appointments and in processing referrals. You, the Patient, will have to follow up on everything. Unfortunately, this means having to visit the clinic to make sure all is well as the administrative staff does not answer the phone and may take days to reply to your voice mail. The nurses are very professional, though one has a listening problem caused most likely by constantly talking over Patient. The doctors are excellent. The waiting room is always a mess.
