3 /5 Anjel Buchanan: Absolutely LOVE the doctors here. They are so wonderful & pay the upmost attention. The receptionist we had today was lacking, she was very rude from start to finish, had a nasty snarky attitude & we caught her talking about us to another person in office. Definitely miss the girls were use to seeing upfront.

1 /5 Lori LeBlanc: Used to love it here but doctors are in and out now. Whenever we find a good one, they leave. Can’t talk to the office on the phone anymore, get sent to a foreign country to schedule an appointment or get help. Overcharged us on latest bill. Said it was a coding thing. However the appointment was no different than any others we have had and we were charged double the price. Will not be going back after being here for almost 8 years. New ownership is horrible.

3 /5 maria bush: I love the doctors, practitioners and nurses. We see Dr. Imam, he is great! I give only 3 stars because recently the office has started outsourcing calls. Instead of calling the office and speaking with someone there in the office you get an answering service now. I absolutely despise it! It is now impossible to have simple questions answered, relay information to your doctor and its just plain inconvenient to have to sit on the phone only to be told sorry we cant help you you have to make an appointment to speak with someone in the office. Its ridiculous, I hate that.

1 /5 Alexis Fouts: Use to like this Dr. office but the call center is absolutely ridiculous. I have 2 sick children who could not be seen at the same time okay cool I’ll do 2 different times 2 different Dr. well before the guy who I barely understand do to heavy accent made the appointment it was taken The process is way too long and annoying. I’ll be looking for another doctor ASAP.
