3 /5 Anais Castillo: It has been an experience here.... at first it was a little rocky with the care here in the icu. But after speaking with the supervisor everything afterwards has been much better.. the respiratory lady Mrs. Gail is amazing. Most of the nurses here are nice and care for my dads needs as best as they can... the reason I give 3 stars is because the doctors Come in and look at my dad and leave.. not saying a word. I wouldnt recommend leaving your loved ones here unless someone can stay with them or you get Mrs. Sandra number she is such a sweetheart and will make sure every concern you have is resolved she treats you and your loved one as her own.. I really appreciate her.

5 /5 Dena Kennedy: Kindred has given my husband excellent care throughout his 30 day stay. The respiratory care unit as well as the other departments have been professional and caring. Kindred’s Movement Therapist Grace is amazing and a real humanitarian. I highly recommend Kindred for your loved ones acute care provider.

5 /5 Adrianna Castillo: The Respiratory team is full of unicorns that are nothing less than amazing at getting patients off of ventilators. Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speach Therapy, and the team of Dr. and Nurses truly work well together caring and communicating with their patients and families. I am just thankful that such an amazing place exists for patients that need just a few more weeks of Hospital level care to recover and strengthen prior to going to a Rehab or Skilled Nursing facility.

5 /5 Heather Lozano: If I could give Kindred 10 stars I would. My father was admitted here in the ARU after being in ICU for over a month. All of the doctors, nurses and CNAs were absolutely incredible. PT, OT and Speech worked miracles with my Dad. When he was admitted he couldnt walk or even speak clear sentences. When he left after a month, he was walking on his own and speaking just like he did before the surgery. The staff at Kindred treated him like family. Do not hesitate to take your loved one here! They will be receiving excellent care!

1 /5 Keyana Williams: This review is for the cafeteria it has gone down tremendously during the years young kids don’t want to work don’t have adequate customer service and just plain lazy! The cashier girl doesn’t want to move past the cashier you ask her for simple things and she is a deer in headlights. The food is a hit or miss mostly a miss the cook, a big Jamaican lady with a gap and head wrap is very entitled one day she’s nice and making your plate the next day she’s mean mugging you from the kitchen if you complain about the food. The price has went up some days it’s $3 the next day it’s $7 the quality and overall service has went down a great deal. Tables aren’t wiped down. The skinny black boy serving the food does not want to be bothered and never has a smile. I will gladly take my money and my coworkers money somewhere else that appreciates the service.
