I went for birth control at my initial visit and left with a request for an ENT, a throat X-ray request at another place and a full lab blood work up at a third place all to waste my time coming back to tell me my health is fine. So I had to go back and get the birth control. Then I set up the portal to access my tests and see they falsified documentation. Saying we discussed things that were never talked about like eating healthy and weight control? This is crazy. Then my third attempt to call this place a doctors office I called informing them I’ve been I’ll for a week and wanted to see if I can be fit in the schedule today and the operator didn’t understand English, didn’t speak English well, and told me he found me a spot a week out!!! This place is horrible from operators, doctors, and front desk. I just want what I asked for Jesus. And they keep screwing it up.

J. Bayliss LONG STORY SHORT: Terrible bedside manner. To find a doctor that cares go elsewhere. My personal reasons are below. 1.Waited in the exam room, nude in a smock for 55 mins waiting on the doctor 2. Was not able to do the blood work I originally scheduled the appointment for because the lab closed during my wait the exam room. 3. In between mammogram and ulta sound I waited in a hallway, in a smock, with everyone and their husbands walking by. 4. The follow up screening results for breast cancer were posted on a portal. The summary reports used terms like “abnormal”“discuss with your physician as soon as possible”, “category 4, serious.” I’ve been calling since the posting on 3/07, today is 3/12… almost a week later and still no response or ability to talk to someone that knows what to do next.

They are very efficient! Dr. Marsch is very knowledgeable and pleasant! She is thorough and she takes her time to explain treatment of care. I highly recommend!

Sanaa Mantrach Before going for this appointment, I was very anxious as to how it will go. My son had a great experience at this office. He went for an EKG and the nurse who performed it made him very comfortable. He came home talking about his experience and how the nurse who performed the EKG was very nice to him.

Scott Stevens Dr. Dedo is a miracle worker when it comes to ENT diagnosis and surgery. He came highly recommended by my dentist of 20 years whom is like family to me. My throat was swelling up and I was having lots of trouble swallowing and breathing (sleep apnea). After a thorough exam he scheduled me for a tonsillectomy and uvulectomy. I am now almost 100% recovered within 2 weeks and feel like I have a new throat. I will continue to see Dr. Dedo for all of my ears, nose and throat needs. I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Dedo and his Jupiter office staff for making me feel like family. 10/6/22 Update: I just had a septoplasty (deviated septum surgery) on 9/27/2022. A walk in the park regarding any pain, and the recovery process was smooth. Just had my follow up on Wed Oct 5, 2022 and everything is healing as expected, still a little swelling, but that is to be expected and is getting better everyday. Thank you Dr Dedo and staff

Veronica Calderon Dr. Michael Lipan is the best doctor!! I had septorhinoplasty a few days ago and my recovery is going really well. He is professional, caring, takes time listens to his patients and really cares about doing a perfect job! He took time with me and perfected what I wanted to achieve I can tell that my nose looks great because I can see the tip. So thankful I found this Doctor and I recommend him to anyone wanting to go for surgery for any treatment. Hands down all around he is an amazing Doctor.

Scott Cabrera The City Clinic has been amazing! They offer consistently good service by doctors, practitioners, and staff that are knowledgeable and understanding. I also really like that they fill most of my prescriptions in house, saving me a pharmacy trip.

Anais Castillo It has been an experience here.... at first it was a little rocky with the care here in the icu. But after speaking with the supervisor everything afterwards has been much better.. the respiratory lady Mrs. Gail is amazing. Most of the nurses here are nice and care for my dads needs as best as they can... the reason I give 3 stars is because the doctors Come in and look at my dad and leave.. not saying a word. I wouldnt recommend leaving your loved ones here unless someone can stay with them or you get Mrs. Sandra number she is such a sweetheart and will make sure every concern you have is resolved she treats you and your loved one as her own.. I really appreciate her.

Dena Kennedy Kindred has given my husband excellent care throughout his 30 day stay. The respiratory care unit as well as the other departments have been professional and caring. Kindred’s Movement Therapist Grace is amazing and a real humanitarian. I highly recommend Kindred for your loved ones acute care provider.

Melissa Kirkland My daughter was admitted Sunday here and we had Jason as our nurse. He was just the sweetest ever! He is in the perfect job because he made us feel so comfortable and just so attentive. There’s just a great group of nurses there and if you have a sick kid that’s the place to be. Also Annalise, Theresa and Quinn were a blessing as well with Jason. My daughter loved the music therapy with Ms.Bailey she is just the cutest. She had the best energy ever and brought such joy to my daughter. Thank you everyone at the picu and trauma unit for making a scary time a little earlier for us. You all are gifts from God ♥️ thank you so much.

HvacTrevv My four year old son was in the hospital. He was on the Peds 3 floor and Kaitlyn, RN was his nurse. She took excellent care of my boy! If you’re ever on that floor just know if you get Kaitlyn she will take great care of your child. She was very quick to respond to any thing we asked for. My son is autistic and she was so calming and made being in the hospital a smooth transition. Nate was the charge nurse and he was great as well. Thank you for your services!

Ashok Kulkarni Dr. Angel R. Mesa, MD is extremely talented and very caring Doctor. His assistants including Julio, Xiomara, and Yadira Napoles are extremely helpful to take good care of patients. Each and everyone here makes BIG difference compared to other medical centers and clinics. Please also note, Parking is NO problem here too.

Saidah Morisseau DONT GO, WASTE OF TIMES!!!!!! I made an appointment a month ago for an annual consultation . When i got to the place , my name was not in schedule. According to the front desk ladies, they have a new system, they have to reschedule patients. I understand that but why did not call me to let me know to reschedule or do not come that day? who has times to waste? I took a day off from work for no reason. Adding to that, the DOCTOR was not in the office for consultation? Thats unprofessional and unorganized .

Ashley Mendes My entire family loves Dr. Mia and her practice. Dr. Mia truly cares about her patients and takes the time to fully listen to any concerns and answer any questions, she is very personable. The ladies in the front are always smiling and nice and helpful, especially Lisa! Highly recommend.

Ann C Dr Kuvari is amazing! She took the time to talk to me and go over my history and really cares about getting to know her patients. What a concept!! You can’t find a doctor anymore who takes time to listen to their patients, and I feel like most doctors just want to pass you off to a nurse practitioner. Was extremely happy with my visit with Dr Kuvari i am so happy I finally have found a great primary physician ! I highly recommend her. All of the office staff was extremely professional and friendly as well. Very happy with my entire experience! Thank you !

Amanda Always a great experience at this location the staff is friendly and Dr Dai has been my most favorite OB Ive ever had. Shes so knowledgeable and so good at her job. You can tell she loves what she does! Shes been there from small appointments to delivering my baby. Her assistant Diana is great! I highly recommend this office!

Deziray Mosier Dr. Dai is great, it’s the receptionist at the front desk that is extremely rude. Every time I come here I say I’m going to switch OBGYNS because I think well maybe she’s just having a bad day. But how does she have bad years… she doesn’t even acknowledge people when they are at the desk, when you try to politely address her, she just ignores you. She definitely should have a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people since she doesn’t like them so much.

Margaret Chase I have been using opiates for ten years when I came across an ad for South Florida detox. At this point I had already lost my job, house,friends,family and self worth. I figured I would give them a try;at this point I has nothing left to loose. I was very uncomfortable and embarrassed to make the call. But when I finally did it I was put to ease immediately. The girl who answered the phone told me she was in recovery herself and understands. I made my appointment. From my first visit the staff Mari, Alfredo, Jeanette, and Gracie were very understanding and knowledgeable about Suboxone and detoxing . I met with Dr. Perez who put me on a Suboxone schedule tapering me down weekly I was able to finish the program in five weeks and when I was done I was just a little tired but nothing compared to coming off opiates. They told me in the office I might want to try AA meetings and they had meeting list in the office. I still go to meetings once a week. I have been clean over two years now. I have a full time job friends my relationship with my family are getting better everyday and I am extremely happy and like myself again. I am so glad I called South Florida Detox they literally saved my life.

John Bostrom The office is impossible to reach, I have a billing issue and the billing number called, says its not in service. This office is trying to double bill me I have checked my bill pay and they have deposited the banks check. How can you put a phone number for billing that is not even in service. They should have an option for 0 stars. I have now been calling for 45 minutes and no answer, a recording says that I can leave my name and number but no prompt to do so. You are then transfered and after a few rings you get the same message as the original and a goodbye. Also emergant is not the same as emergency you may want to change that on you recording.

lisa bissell Dr. Nezgoda is a kind and compassionate person. When I brought my Mother to him, the outlook was not good. A true miracle was performed by this extremely talented professional. Your office staff is friendly, and works well together as a team as well, which is a pleasure. Scheduling has been seamless. Doctor, please accept my familys heartfelt thank you. If I could give you 10 stars it wouldnt be enough!! I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Nezgoda, you will not be disappointed.

Hailee Sontag Dr. Barish is amazing! She is the best primary care physician I have ever seen. She is compassionate and caring! She takes her time with my appointments and addresses all of my concerns. I drive from Fort Lauderdale to see her, which is 100% worth it. The office is clean, and the office staff is very friendly.

I’ve never met a Doctor or team truly who has taken the time to really listen to me and address all of my concerns to help me create a treatment plan that works for me, with so much passion and emphasis on my wellbeing and care. My calls are always returned the same day or a day later max unless it’s a weekend, and they are very responsive via the portal within a few hours of sending a message. They always are there when I need them the most and have never let me down. I have been seeing doctors for 40+ years and I truly believe that Dr. Volo along with her team are truly angels among us. Lisa Bondonese Dr Sahadeo is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. A pill mill? I’ve been going to him for almost 20 years. He is very conservative & very thorough. Too bad there are not more Drs. Like him. I remember when he used to leave the Hospital & then go work in his office til 10 pm. Id like to specifically shout out the dental clinic, which is a top-notch facility with the friendliest people Ive ever met. I love this place so much I drive 50 minutes from Broward instead of visiting any of the closer options. Highly recommend coming here for any and all appointments!
