1 /5 Melissa Linton: The dental care my two sons received while they were patients at this office was fine-no issue. The issue is now that they are no longer patients I have been sent a bill for quite a bit of money for what I believe is their "in house" dental plan. I notified this office last year that my sons were no longer going to be patients at this office and then I received this questionable bill quite a few months after we stopped going there. I called to resolve it 3 weeks ago-had to leave a message and never received a call back. I have now called for the past 2 weeks and everyday I am told the billing rep is "in a meeting" or "with a patient" but she will call me back that same day. I am still waiting. Ive asked to speak to an office manager.....still waiting. Now, I have a second billing statement that shows over 30 days old....after 90 days itll probably go to collections and that is what I am trying to avoid. I cant verify what this bill is for or get any explanation. Ive now tried calling and my calls are not being answered at all. Definitely questionable. I would have loved to have recommended this office, but now in good faith I cannot. This needs to be rectified and I need a call back-Im sure they will post that this doesnt seem right and to call their office, but at this point this would be a complete joke. So-watch your billing if you go here. Something is just not right and when you question a bill you cannot get answers.
