Was nervous because didnt know what to expect, however, it was all pretty much painless. The staff was very nice and they did explain what was being done. Now dont be alarmed when a virtual dentist comes on the TV they are there to approve the work and then you will have an official appointment with and they will guide you to what you need.

Sabina Mocanu This place is a mix of futuristic “tele-dentist” services and an office that looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1960s. On top of that, it’s dirty, unsanitary, and provides mediocre service. I scheduled a routine cleaning as part of my annual check-up, but the “tele-dentist” refused to do it, insisting I needed a deep cleaning instead. I explained that I have trauma from a previous deep cleaning and still wanted a standard cleaning, but they refused and tried to upsell unnecessary services. So, I walked out. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, the staff started having an unprofessional conversation about sending my refusal of service document to legal—while I was standing right there. I had been clear and direct about what I needed before my appointment, yet they still wasted two hours of my time, pushing services I never agreed to. This place feels more like a patient mill than a real dental office. They lack basic customer service skills and any sense of accommodation for patient needs. If I could give zero stars, I would. I also got a text later on in the day that I owe them $100 for the service when they stated my insurance covered XRAY. You’re out of your mind ! T

keith p Overall: Great dentist with great service and great people. The main issue is scheduling an appointment availability. I had an appointment scheduled for this April. It was canceled due to the hygienist, not being able to make the appointment. I was told I would be putting on a waiting list. I have received a couple notifications, but they are only a couple hours before the appointment and I am at work at those times. I called the office to see if they can resolve this issue as the appointment was canceled by the hygienist and not myself. The next available appointment I was given was for September. I can understand if I was the one who canceled the appointment but do not feel that is the correct way to handle this situation. I understand Lakeland is a growing area and there are many new patients to be taken in, but feel as a long-term patient. There should be some sense of loyalty and willingness to make things right

He walks you through step by step as he’s working and gives you confidence so there’s no surprises. I can’t say enough about how great the staff is there. Friendly and courteous are they also. Warmly greeted by Jasmine when I entered made me feel that this place was special. I was truly impressed.

Everyone was friendly,and made us feel welcomed. After the hygiene appointment the hygienist came out and communicated clearly what was going on with my granddaughters teeth , and recommend the appropriate follow up visit. MS M Almost after 2 years moving to Florida and calling over 25 dental offices I finally found the best. Two days before (Saturday) I realized I had to take out a tooth that has been moving like a hurricane. Found Dr.Thomas on the Florida Blue Medicare Advantage network and made an appointment online. Unbelievably I got an appointment for today (Monday). This morning before I went there Jessica called me and said that all was good with my insurance. I went in within 15 minutes Dr.Thomad checked me did the needful I was out in half an hour. Thats amazing. Best part I didnt feel even a bit. Now I am so happy I found Dr.Thomas. They were able to quickly confirm my insurance would work over the phone (3 other dentists werent able to do this) and they got me in the office doing new patient paperwork within the hour. I went in the back a few minutes before my appointment. They were extremely kind and helpful, answering any question I had quickly and with confidence. From phone call to talking with the doctor, it was the most comforting dentist appointment Ive ever had.

This dentist cares because it is her business, she treats me with respect and grace every time I visit. She shares what you need, and what might be helpful and lets me decide the best way forward. Jackie Kennedy Everyone was nice and polite but I will not be coming back. Came in Wednesday to get tooth pulled. Was put on antibiotics, and told to come back Friday which i did. Now my bp is high which i never had an issue with before, and hes not pulling my tooth. They already have taken my hard working money and for what???? $69 for the xrays and $102 for service I havent received yet. Definitely will not go back!!!

After Dr. K came in and explained the plan, Vanessa came in to discuss the financial side of things, which typically is worse than the actual procedure! However, Vanessa did all she could to assist on payment. Dr. K amazed me with how quickly and smoothly she extracted, grafted, and sutured things up. She was very confident and knowledgeable. Genesis Warner Dr. Vega is the best of the best! Her and her team were able to get me in same day to do my wisdom teeth extraction after 24hr of unbearable pain during the weekend. However, Sonia in the front desk is extremely rude, she treated me badly at check in and check out and have no respect for patients. She brings the 5 star experience Dr. Vega and her team give her patients down. Personally, I’m not letting that stop me from coming back, but it definitely needs to be look into.
