2 /5 Mia Gutierrez: The only reason this has 2 stars is because the artist was very accommodating and happy to take off the lashes when they weren’t what I wanted/expected. I got my lashes done at 7pm and the next morning expressed to the salon that it was 1) not what I wanted and 2) huge clumps were falling out leaving them extremely uneven. I sent the salon a picture of over 10 clumps of lashes in my sink not even 12 hours after I got them done. I came in when I was off work to get them removed and was denied any sort of refund whatsoever. Not even 3 days with the lashes and they practically all were off by the time I got the last clumps removed. Very disappointing in the owner’s customer service. Nothing against the stylist, but the owner was not accommodating.
