5 /5 Joseph Betlow: Beautiful park overlooking the lake, the trails go on for miles, going around the lake and lain to the other parks, the lake itself is a great place to go fishing, canoeing, or just sight seeing, there are great mountain bike trails on the outside, following the hiking trail, the trails are well kept and the weather is great and its stays pretty cool from the lake. The playground is pretty decent and well kept. There is a small mountain bike course at the beginning of the trail. There is plenty of parking and the lake is easily accessible from the parking, there is a small boat ramp in belive at one part of the lake. The bridge on the other side is beautiful and had a great view of the lake! Overall its a great place to go on a short, or long hike under a beautiful canopy of large trees, and around the lake.

And if you follow the path around the lake long enough, you’ll come across a stunning covered bridge. It’s the kind of spot that feels straight out of a fairytale and makes the perfect backdrop for engagement photos, prom pictures, or just a beautiful moment in nature. 5 /5 Uzi Baram: A wonderful park and trail: informative signage, the fingers into the lake are meant for fishing and provide wonderful vistas, the covered bridge offers even more views, plenty of wildlife and varied flora. Well maintained trails. Plenty of parking. A gem

5 /5 lenaminh le: Lafayette is the best trail I had ever been walking in my life so far .The trail of very innocent girl who enjoyed how amazing nature in America in her first time , to the trail of working hard girl , to the trail of the girl who need to be healed , to the trail of the girl finding peace, to the trail the girl just wants to be with nature.This trail walks with me through all faces of my life since my first walk in US.This place is mysteriously beautiful, you can find all kinds of beauty of Mother Nature here. I can’t say enough how stunning, peaceful of nature of this place. We all have some days , some faces and some of everything! Nature will do the magic. I hope you enjoy the trail like I do . This is my most favorite trail in my life .

5 /5 Nebojša Bogdanović: This trail park has everything, cycling, walking and equestrian paths. It is located around a beautiful lake with green fishing fingers and a raft from which you can fish, or just simply chill on. The elevated side of the park has a wooden bridge crossing the railroad and it provides a scenic view over the lake with cypress trees. It has a public restroom and water fountain as well as a small playground for kids. I like it so much, Im there almost 2-3 times a week.

Museum of Florida History - Tallahassee Nick Unthank: Great little museum. We went during construction so the route was a little wonky but there were some very inventive displays. Free museum but welcomes donations and is deceptively packed with items throughout Florida history. Well worth the visit for visitors of all ages. Pay close attention to the tourism display for some awesome memorabilia from tourist attractions of the Sunshine States past.

Ninth & Terrace Park - Tallahassee Sue Martindale: My grandson had a T-ball game at this park. The field was very nice and perfectly prepared despite the threat of rain. Theres a nice playground adjacent to the field that can be used before or after the game or by siblings. The only downside is a complete lack of parking and that the field is not accessible for Gramps and his walker.

J. R. Alford Greenway - Tallahassee Jennifer Fehr: Great place to walk around and see alligators, turtles and dogs. Easy walk with no elevation - nice views of the water - excellent trails. Better to stay on more walking than MTB trails to avoid bikes. I think we went 3 or 4 miles - there are restrooms at some of the areas and plenty of people so it feels safe.

Treacherous Tallahassee Ghost Tours & Haunted Pub Crawls - Tallahassee Hannah Forehand: The tour guide arrived on time and showed different locations, explaining some of the history and it makes me want to delve into the history of each place more. It was a nice walk and a fun thing to do with friends

Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park - Tallahassee Tomas Vivas: Very glad I kept driving past all the park entrances to find Gate B. Well maintained trail that had a large number of branches making it very repeatable for future trips. Absolutely loved the tranquility and diversity here. Was pleasantly surprised with the bat house, awesome mixing of park and biodiversity maintinence

Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens - Williston Brandy Carley Independent Scentsy Director: Beautiful botanical garden. We came across this place by accident after snorkeling at Devils Den Spring. I was a little concerned because we were still wearing bathing suits with cover ups and sandals. The terrain is very easy to get around, even if you forget your walking shoes. I had questions and the people who checked us is were so nice and helpful addressing our concerns. One of the ladys said I could even go into the waterfall if I wanted to. So happy we were able to, because had we changed from our swimsuits, I would have never gotten to experience it. We had a great time and I would recommend to anyone planning to visit. While we had some light snacks on hand, my only regret is that I would have brought more food to do a picnic lunch.

Watermelon Pond Wildlife and Environmental Area - David Goodhouse: Nice hiking area unique terrain an views with multiple different trails available to walk bike or ride a horse on!

Lil Shark Park - Cedar Key Jorlyn Cook: This place was cute. Not a white sand beach but enjoyable. Bathrooms and first come first serve pavilions provided for use. Kids loved the playground but spent most of their time in the water because the plastic on the playground gets really hot.

Blue Springs Park - Bronson Ross Read: Busy time of day 4pm. Still not a lot of people. They say weekends are packed. Staff is very friendly. Water was a little chilly, but swim over where its about 7 feet deep and warm water comes up from the spring below. The wife enjoyed jumping off the platform. (Roughly 20 feet of water below the platform). $2 entry $1 for 100% disabled vets. Kids under 5 are free.
