5 /5 Adela: The lake is beautiful. It was hard to find parking near a picnic table because they were either full or no parking spot near by so we ended up eating in the car but the scenery was still beautiful with the swans and ducks. So peaceful

5 /5 Carol Ann Jason: Lake Morton was a pleasant surprise on our visit to the area. We found it by accident; however, we were so happy that we parked and walked along the lake. While there we saw an incredible number of waterfowl including large Pelicans, different varieties of Swans, Egrets, Herons, and other beautiful birds. We are bird watchers and Lake Morton is a bird enthusiasts paradise. We were able to get within inches of nesting swans and other birds.

Dobbins Park - Lakeland Sheldon Bryant: Excellent, small-sized park. Its wide open and lit by the sky with good sized pavilions as well as play areas for kids. The park could be safer if it were not off a main street, but the through traffic isnt too bad.

Allen Kryger Park - Lakeland Wike Jay: Beautiful public park overlooking Lake Mirror in Lakeland Florida. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained by the city. The swan sculpture is amazing and the view of Lake Mirror and the surrounding walkways is priceless. All of the vintage lighting poles and globes have been kept and illuminate the Lake’s perimeter. The lawns are lush and green and there are terraced areas with stairs as well as sidewalks down from the sloping areas. Truly a treasure and greatly appreciated.

Peterson Park - Lakeland Rachel H: The playground area is nice. Most of the swings were in the shade so they werent too hot for my kids to swing on. The grounds are well maintained and they have several baseball/softball fields. However, the boardwalk needs to be replaced because several board are worn out and the bathrooms REALLY need updated.

Lake Parker Park - Lakeland Andrew White: Awesome park a little of everything to do for all ages brought the doggy just watch for gators they are out nice trails to walk get your steps in while enjoying the beautiful earth

SUN n FUN Aerospace Expo - Lakeland Edgar Sella: Getting out of the airshow was a mess, took us about 1hr. But to their defense the road had 2 new lanes closed. I do love Sun n Fun

Gator Creek Reserve - Lakeland joshua salter: Pretty nice trail, clearly marked. Very wide and soft pathway so it got very very quiet which was awesome! Sadly didnt see any critters my visit but a great place to stop by and take a peaceful walk

Lakeland Highlands Scrub - Lakeland Daniel Smith: I absolutely love the scrub. It has the best trails in the area.

Seven Wetlands (Se7en Wetlands) - Lakeland J Kohl: Walked literally thousands of miles here since the opening. Few people and lots of wildlife. And no ,dogs are not allowed.

Banana Lake Park - Lakeland Ayperos: This is a very small park, there is a play area if you have kids it is away from the water. There is only one dock and you cant see the water from anywhere but that one dock. There is no walking paths or other ways to get around the lake or explore. Its more of a quiet family picnic area if thats what youre out for, this place is for you, if thats not what youre after go some place else.
