5 /5 Carmen Espada: My experience at the dentist was excellent. I have been with Lake Nona Family dental for a while. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the office is clean and organized. Dr. Ahmed is knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and so is his assistant. I have felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of oral care.

1 /5 Raul Montes: These ladies in billing and management are JUST THE WORST!!, i have insurance and in my last appointment i didn’t have any balance so after 2 months they contact me to tell me that i have a balance, i told them to send me an email with my balance explained so i can see where the charges are coming from and they DENIED TO SENT IT TO ME. i called many times, no answer and they sent my balance to collection. “MANAGER” just argued with me on the phone, no resolution and was extremely unprofessional. Good doctor and higienist but worst customer service i ever had and they are very proud of that. Shame on them.

1 /5 Matthew Ledenko: Person on the phone was pretty rude and sounded like it was a chore to even talk to me. They then proceeded to call me twice while I was at work and then cancel my appointment because I didnt pick up? Appointment that I scheduled 10 days prior? What a waste of time. They must offer people discounts or something to write five stars because these reviews seem inflated.

5 /5 Don and Leslie Lefever: This is a fantastic Dentist office, which I would recommend to anyone. Its easily accessible with a nice parking lot, the facility is state-of-the-art and clean, and the staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable, while doing a thorough job, and educating the patient along the way. Five stars!
