1 /5 Dont Even: Went in with a broken jaw and a tooth knocked out of the socket, I begged for surgery because I can’t eat, drink, talk. They never gave me it. I’m pregnant and haven’t eaten in 2 days. The nurses except maybe two were really rude to me and made me feel worthless. They sent me home 6 hours later with 5 mg of hydrocodone. I’m still in pain and haven’t gotten the help I need. Terrible and waste of a medical bill. They should be ashamed.

1 /5 Marie Cribbs: Went in with a pain level of 8 was barely able to walk when they sent me home crying at pain level 9 and not one person cared. They were too busy arguing about how petty each other was that day. Its BS that the nurses arguments took precedent over paitent pain. I can barely walk still and sometimes I cant walk but they dont care. I thought WH was bad they have nothing on these inconsiderate staff.

1 /5 Soundra Wernholm: When we got there me and my daughter were both sick we were not putting a room we were put in a waiting room we attended to very well in the beginning kept trying to get my daughters blood and they used her as a pin cushion. They poked her poor arms about 5 times before they brought in the machine to finally hit a vein and get blood my daughter has autism and was very patiently with them after they got her blood they finally got blood it was like everybody disappeared we were left in the waiting room for 3 hours with no one coming to the room except lady nurse coming in and telling me she has to take vitals every 30 minutes vitals every 30 minutes why arent you there every 30 minutes to check the vitals when the Dr finally came in to tell us what was going on that I had covid and my daughter was just getting over it left in the room again for another 2 hours my daughter was crying because she was hungry I go out play male nurse I guess I dont know he was an older Mexican with an attitude Im getting your paperwork never seen him doing anything comes in my room take my needles out of my arm is sticks a Band-Aid on it it makes a remark( I hope Im getting paid for this) I went over to check my daughter in the nurse noticed I was gushing blood all over the floor she called his name I dont remember what it was 4 * before he finally came in to help her add tapes up my arm and apologizes well its too late I heard your mouth and I want to report him when I get his name Ive never been treated so badly like trash because me and my daughter both have insurance and we had no respect at that hospital the young male nurse that was there before we the two lady nurses before that were very kind but after everybody disappeared and left us for 3-4 hours and Im waiting room not a room we were treated like crap like trash the people that left us with youre not good nurses I will go further away next time I will not go there again Im sorry me and my daughter got sick well get names and hopefully the male nurse will straighten up his big attitude we had a great nurse when we started everything was great but after I guess 7:00 by the next nurses because of the male nurses comment to me I will make sure if I got to travel through the hospital and find out his name

Lakeland Regional Health Pablo Campus - Lakeland Breanna Canarie: The care team is great. The doctors are smart and for the most part they are punctual. HOWEVER, their billing policies are a NIGHTMARE. They force you to pay their “estimate” up front which always ends up being way more than the actual cost and they refuse to give you a refund if you have any other claims (even unrelated) ones still processing or if you have any other claims appointment. If you’re going to charge people on the date of service, you should refund them when they overpay, no questions asked.

Lakeland Regional Health Kathleen Campus - Lakeland Ericka Rojas: Dr. Cubelos bedside manner was lacking. My issues were ignored and she referred to my labwork from 6 months ago when I brought up separate new issues. Dr. Cubelo didnt like that i questioned that and refused to help me further or talk to me. Why would my labwork from 6 months ago be the answer to the problem I am having now? Wouldnt I need new labs? I want a redund from my co payment. Not only was I not helped BUT I was ignored when I have a few other questions that I needed addressed. The receptionist kept apologizing (Dr. Cubelo made her the bearer of bad news instead of facing me) and I felt bad. I thought seeing a woman, she would understand better. Guess not. Beware of Dr. Cubelo, resident of LRH kathleen campus and beware of her supervising doctor, Dr. Michael Lam. I was also supposed to be referred out to GI and have yet to hear back from LRH with that as well. It has been almost a month.

Lakeland Regional Health Family Health Center Family Medicine - Lakeland Silver Flies!: It closed down earlier than it says, I showed up there at 6 and they said they were closed even though in the website it says they close at 6:30, made me late to work.

American Care Medical Center - Lakeland Goldys González: My personal opinion is this place is a great place for the seniors have a wonderful staff and they always happy and making sure you’re taking care of. They have activities that all the seniors get together and have an awesome time playing bingo, dominoes, cards and many other things an is a great way to maintain them active and with positive vibes and good health. From front desk to the center manager Ivone they all are a great team and a big family to everyone that comes to the facility God Bless you all American Care Family!

Lakeland Regional Health Morrell - Lakeland Madison Destiny: The doctors themselves are good and attentive but good luck trying to get a hold of anyone after. They gave me a referral for GI at my appointment 2 months ago but I never heard anything, and my referral sheet they gave me doesn’t say who it’s for, just what it’s for. I have called and spoke to someone a few times who can’t give me any answers, I have left numerous voicemails for the department that I get transferred to and I have yet to receive a single call back since my first voicemail over a month ago.

Clinical Care Medical Centers of Lakeland - Lakeland Nancy Bagwell: Ive been going here for over a year. They are thoughtful, you can talk to them, the Dr n nurse practitioners are very good n treat you like family n take care of all your conditions n meds. Im very happy.

Lakeland Regional Health George W. Jenkins Childrens Emergency Department - Lakeland Shelbi M.: I wish all childrens ERs were as wonderful as here. We are here out of state and brought my daughter in for a huge rash that turned out to be strep and scarlet fever. We were in and out within 2 hrs. My daughter has major white coat syndrome and the nurses were so patient, kind and worked with her and made it a good experience. Even the part that was scary for her they handled her with compassion. She actually left and thanked us for taking her to "get better" which has never happened at any doctor before. I am so thankful for the nurses and the doctor we saw. Even as we left my daughter waved goodbye to the nurses at the nurses station and got a smile and wave back from every single one.

Lakeland Regional Health Grasslands Campus - Lakeland kristy hosein: They extremely overcharge for physical therapy. My daughter had two 30 minute appointments which consisted of 15 minutes on an exercise bike and 15 minutes laying on a bed with a stretch band doing leg stretches by herself. I was charged over $1000 and that was after going through my insurance. The facility refused to let me know exact cost of each appointments and said it would be around $100 each which was definitely wrong. Glad we left and didnt finish the 10 sessions they wanted to do.

Watson Clinic Hospitalists - Lakeland Angela Resmondo: Never return follow up calls to schedule procedures. There is a disconnect between the doctors office and other offices to schedule scans etc. The only office on the ball with immediate contact to the patient is billing.

Specialist Doctors Group - Lakeland Glen Gary: This is a small practice of doctors who are extremely qualified. As good as they are, the front office personnel, both clerks and nurses are outstanding. Each has a specific job to do and they are all brilliant at what they do. I cant begin to tell you just how safe and well cared for I feel with this practice
