2 /5 Breanna Canarie: The care team is great. The doctors are smart and for the most part they are punctual. HOWEVER, their billing policies are a NIGHTMARE. They force you to pay their “estimate” up front which always ends up being way more than the actual cost and they refuse to give you a refund if you have any other claims (even unrelated) ones still processing or if you have any other claims appointment. If you’re going to charge people on the date of service, you should refund them when they overpay, no questions asked.
